Notes - Busyness / no experience

Mid-morning still. You were up earlier, packed, and you have done your exercises as you did yesterday. You also dropped two pounds. You haven't had a lot of time to work because of life's business. This is one reason not everyone has the time to reflect. Too much busyness. In jail, people used to mark the days with a dot on the wall. A lot of personal busyness is just that -- longer dots on the wall. Relax. Enjoy the trip up. There will be time to work. Post. - Amorella

I don't agree, Amorella. This is the way our culture is, nothing can be done about it. If anything it will get busier because as we have more time we will fill it; no different than having too many closets. People like being busy with what they like to do. I am no exception. We are not in jail, not by a long shot. Living is not being in jail.

Owen and Brennan are asleep. Kim and Paul are at a social gather at the Clinic's main campus. The house is finally quiet. You both had a cold drink and a Jennifer cookie Kim surprised you with for dessert (Papa John's pizza for supper).

I have been tired ever since we arrived and almost ready for bed myself, at least mentally. Owen and I had several playful rounds of "get me" and "hide and seek" but he always flew to Grandma for protection. Brennan is still soft and cuddly. Owen not so much but he is fun, polite and helpful. The traffic was light and in our favor, a very good day. Read two "Automobile" mags, September and October. I brought them along to read but left them in the trunk since Paul had them out. Kim suggested a couple of places to look for Armstrong's autograph. I forgot she had the old blue desk in the basement in her bedroom at that time. It would be nice to find and to leave to the boys. Personally, if I find it I'm going to put it in our safety deposit box at the bank. (Actually, that may be where it is.) I can't remember the last time we looked and/or put something in that box.

Sunday breakfast out the Paul is going to study as he has another major 'practical experience' test in Vegas three weeks.  This is only given once or twice a year. He says he is mostly memorizing the huge medical books involved and tuning them into a "What would I do in this event in this cardiothoracic operation, and why I would do it."

The whole aspect is beyond my imagination. You have to have knowledge first.

You don't mind writing about the Dead. - Amorella

Since no one living has the first hand knowledge, conjecture will have to do. I can imagine conjecture.

That does make the whole concept easier. No experience. - Amorella

I'll think about it tonight, but I will not dwell on the subject, after all my characters are consciously alive I hope I can relate to that aspect of being at least fictionally dead.

Post, boy. Sweet dreams. - Amorella
