After noon. You can still not think of any retort to the
conclusion of yesterday's blog. Today you ran some errands, plus got the oil
changed in the 03 Honda and ordered new tires for the 05 that you will pick up
from sixty thousand mile servicing this afternoon. Tomorrow you have the
Bridgestone Ecopias put on the 05 as you like them on the 03. They are
reliable, quiet, good in wet and dry weather and economical to drive as long as
you keep the air at thirty-five pounds of pressure.
We consistently save one to two m/g with the Ecopias, not that
much but it is a plus (along with its other attributes) on the Accord.
About time for lunch, plus the car should be
ready by two-thirty. Nothing written on Pouch 7 but we can rectify that later
today. Post. - Amorella
Late afternoon. Lunch at Panera/Chipotle then a drive to pick
up the car. With a Performance Honda coupon you saved a hundred and thirty
dollars. That alone will pay for at least one of the new tires. You also
stopped and inspected a 2013 white Accord EX-L with most all the bells and
whistles and it is thirty thousand on the sticker. You both like the looks but
decided no white or black exterior.
Even without the hybrid this particular car is rated 27/36 mpg
that is very good from our perspective. Maybe we won't buy a hybrid after all.
It certain beats our yearly average 24/25 mpg We think it is good too for a
2003 EX-L six cylinder. If we rate 30 mpg on the new one, that's still a 20 percent
increase in mileage.
You are curious about how Pouch 7 is going
to be. Let's begin with Blake, Pyl and Justin discussing on the plane later
that evening as Hartolite overheard that Pyl does not want to sell. Next, we
hear the conversation among Friendly, Hartolite and Yermey. Everyone but Yermey
thinks the plane is now 'clean' and they don't really need to buy it. Yermey is
concerned about the one-minute differential in terms of plane instrumentation
and watches. - Amorella
1951 hours. We watched three programs plus the news and I am
basically tired mentally and thus unfocused. It is too early for bed. I did
read a Time magazine but we have many magazines to catch up on. I really don't
feel like doing much of anything at present. I can work tomorrow morning while waiting on the car.
Post. Later or tomorrow, dude. - Amorella
