Notes - Sedona / Boston / Pythia / permission to publish in notes

Late morning and you had breakfast at Cracker Barrel near I-10 and I-8before heading up through Phoenix. Craig is driving and you are using Page on the iPad. You read over the oracles and didn't find one that was apropos.  - Amorella

1046 hours. Nothing connected but the tone of the pronouncements made me think of the bushes holding on to the earth by their roots to survive while the free power of the wind plowed furrows attempting to undermine the roots. (1053)

1801 hours. I took the photo of the 'reddish' mountains as we entered the area. These unusually tainted mountains are red because of chemical reactions of minerals from an ancient sea that covered the rock of this region. Here is our visual introduction:

Once you arrived at the motel (Best Western Plus) in the city of Sedona you quickly realized that a bombing had taken place in Boston. You sat in Craig and Alta's room watching the news and eating a large pizza from the nearby Mad Dog Pizzeria, a place where Craig and Alta had eaten during earlier trips. You have one more photo, this one of Carol and it is a view from your motel patio earlier this afternoon.

The mountain is to the West.
Craig and Alta are in Room 334.

You have mixed feelings on the event during the Boston Marathon. Most everyone is waiting for more details. In Dead 17 Merlyn is going to reminisce on his essential discussion with Pythia in Elysium about Delphi. - Amorella

         1846 hours. Pythia herself?

Why not? You'll find it interesting. - Amorella

I will have to do some quick research on Pythia.

I'm sure you'll find something useful for the scene. The sun is about to set over the mountains. You might as well in enjoy it. Post.  Amorella

2017 hours. I have resourced almost 8200 words on Pythia mostly from Wikipedia and sources on mythology.

There is one selection I would like you to include here, "The Evidence from Plutarch".

2042 hours. I have asked for permission to publish the above in my notes.

         Post, orndorff. - Amorella
