Mid-morning. You have a dental appointment
shortly. Carol is at breakfast with her retired teacher friends. Blue sky, a
bright yellow sun and new bright green leaves adorn the nearby trees. Slowly
you will arrive into the character and form necessary to continue on.
Odd phraseology but it is both physical and understandable. Jumping
ahead three hours is a good part of the circumstance. Working through the
newspapers and magazines is another aspect. Doug has sent me a few more science
articles for reading and all are of interest. The cats are lively and quite affectionate
considering their weeks without us nearby. The King's next door have more than
adequately fulfilled our role in their lives. For this we are thankful. (1007)
We will work through Dead 17 today. There
will be unexpected chores and errands along the way. Later, dude. Post. -

We are thankful for our present circumstances.
Indeed. - Amorella
A different day
just as I depicted. You may have to have your lot re-surveyed because of a
dying or dead tree or two; three hundred and fifty dollars according to your
first estimate. Tim helped you look for one of the metal rod markers but you
and he could not find it initially. It is the right side of the lot, not the
left that needs remarked.
1526 hours. I should have noted the markings more clearly when they were
put in the ground 20 years ago, but didn't. Perhaps there is an app for
surveying our lot (73). Earlier I had that tooth worked on. How he rebuilt half
a tooth I'll never know, but it is done and it will be capped in two weeks. I
am waiting for Carol at our tax place, getting some numbers updated before this
is all sent in. It may be complicated finding old, initial percentages for
IRA's and Roth IRA's. At seventy and a half these have to be declared and money
has to come out. (1532)
You had Penn Station for lunch and have
stopped at the bank, Graeter's for a local ice cream fix and are now at Kroger's
on Tylersville. Your routine is pretty much in place and so are you. - Amorella
1644 hours. I need to get gas for the mower as it is time to mow again
even though Tim mowed three times while we are gone. Again, not something I
planned on for today. I think our mower is set too high, that's part of the
problem, that and we have had a lot of rain. The bushes and trees have really
come out though. Our back lot is mostly greened in already so our bare-treed
winter neighbors are mostly hidden away. Also, the Novocain is worn away from
the lower right jaw.
Carol mentioned that Anne F. mentioned
seeing you at the Grand Canyon National Park last Friday morning, but was too
far away and not completely positive. - Amorella
That's true. I forgot. She and Vic F., her husband, were completed a
"Road's Scholar" (this used to be called Elder Hostel) trip. They
flew home last Saturday.
Time for bed. You and Carol both worked in
the yard for more the two hours, watched a DVRed "Castle" and
"This Old House" while eating cereal for supper.
2214 hours. Sore muscles from mowing the front and side yard. Lots of
cut grass taken to the back for dumping, two and a half forty gallon trash cans
worth of grass cuttings taken to the mulch area. Slow mowing in deep wet grass
ready to be cut.
Tomorrow, dude. Post. - Amorella
