Notes - old age / time with Ebbie

You awoke early took a hot bath, had breakfast (Carol make scrambled eggs and ham), read the paper then realized you might have an appointment today. Sure enough, upon calling an appointment with Dr. B, your endocrinologist, at ten-thirty. And, on Thursday you have an appointment with Dr. G., your nephrologist, at four-thirty. Fortunately you decided to mow the grass yesterday. - Amorella

0828 hours. I should have had both of those on my calendar. I am usually more organized. I shouldn't have eaten such a large breakfast. I think I must be slowing down. I have had more 'old age' problems this year. Dead 19 is a continuation of Dead 18. Merlyn is in a pickle no doubt about that, but it is reflected upon not as it happens.

When you are ready to work on it go to the folder, set up the document and we'll begin. Relax, boy. Later, post. - Amorella

After Dr. B. you waited for the cat to come back then put her up in the small bedroom with food, water and a small litter box. Off to lunch at Marx Bagels on Kenwood Road in Blue Ash; home to visit with the cats and now presently, Pine Hill Lakes Park, far north lot facing the hill (west). Carol is on one sixty-four of the Gibbs/Duffy book on the Presidents. Let's go to Dead 19. - Amorella

2129 hours. We had ground steak and veggies for supper while we watched the news and last night's new "Major Crimes". The only line I have on Dead 19 so far is: [Merlyn is] "Open-minded and ready."  Otherwise, I have spent most of the evening up in the small bedroom with Ebbie. Temperament-wise she appears very much like Jadah. Ellie acts like she can't be bothered but both cats have been down the hallway sniffing under the door.

Enough for today. You have to take Ebbie over to the vets at seven-thirty so she can be prepped for surgery. You will pick up the cat on Thursday. The last time you took a stray in for an operation the cat died of heart complications during surgery. You are concerned. - Post. - Amorella
