Mid-morning. You had a banana with peanut
butter on top and skim milk for breakfast and while reading the paper Carol
showed you a brochure that arrived yesterday advertizing the 2014 Honda Accord
Hybrid now that it is available here and she is interested. The other day Kim
and Paul suggested to you both to buy a Prius and trade in the Accord because
at 65,000 miles it would be worth more as a trade in. Carol likes the Accords
better than the Prii. You are not sure what you think because you are afraid
you’ll get hyped up after reasoning that it is okay to keep the 2005 Accord.
That’s what it comes down to, boy. Surely you see the humor in this. – Amorella

hours. I wish you would put the thoughts out where I can read them. I don’t
want to think about it. “Cheer up, things are bound to get worse,” echoes in.
The 2005 is a good car. We have never had anything wrong with it but it does
not get the mileage the 2001 Accord had. It averaged 26 miles per gallon for a
year of driving while the 2005 averages 24 for the year. We had 26 on our
recent trip to Columbus and back, almost all freeway driving with the cruise
control on 72. We looked at the 4-cylinder Accord last fall but Carol didn’t
like the sounds the gears made. I don’t know why I got pumped for a new hybrid
last week, but I did. Two new cars inside a year would be unprecedented and
somehow seems a bit uncouth or vulgar. I think I would be uncomfortable. It
makes me uncomfortable now. (1035)
You are uncomfortable because it is driven
by false humility and undeserving guilt. Later, dude. Post. – Amorella

hours. I don’t like this situation. It got worse.
Almost time for bed. You had a late lunch at Marx Bagels and left over Papa John’s pizza for supper. You finished the paper drafting on Chapter Nine. Tomorrow you plan to keyboard the changes. You and Carol also caught up on some TV programs as well as the news. - Amorella
2213 hours. This has been somewhat of an off day. I did my exercises back to my old barbells, and I had time for a nap before supper, which was helpful. I’m tired though and not ready to do much more before sleep.
