Breakfast and the paper are completed this
cloud dark and showery mid-morning. Carol is reading the paper while Spooky is
downstairs keeping her company and looking out the front window for critters
while Jadah is upstairs with you dozing away under the bed. You in the meantime
are thinking that yesterday’s ‘revelations’ for the books are probably not so
new, though they are to you. Here comes Jadah for some comfort. – Amorella
1123 hours. I took the chrome pipes off the Honda. They are too long and
look awkward, so after the doctor’s office off they go to the auto supply
store. Too bad, I would have liked them – it looks fine on the one Toyota pipe.
The factory puts them on the dual pipes but not the single. Carol is watching
the cable weather and I have nothing in my head anyway.
Why don’t you check your email orndorff
rather than veg away. – Amorella
1132 hours. That’s pretty good Amorella. I don’t think you’ve ever used
‘veg’ before.
Like your daughter Kim says, “Whatever
works.” – Amorella
1212 hours. I just re-read yesterday’s post. I don’t remember the words
but I remember the fingers tapping the keys. It is time for me to finish
readying for the doctor.
You
had a very late lunch at Smashburgers today and the manager LJ stopped by while
you were eating and asked if you left a wad of money by the register, which you
did. You thanked him graciously and told him as you left that you will right
him up for the company for which he was also gracious. Otherwise, after lunch
you ran a couple of errands one of which was taking back the exhaust tips to
Auto Zone. The clerk returned your money and on your request checked to see if there
were any chrome tips out there and found that there are none. Now you are over
at Pine Hill Lakes Park beside the earth dam while Carol is taking her walk.
The sun came out in the last hour and though the wind is brisk it is now coming
out of the west rather than the north. The weekend is supposed to be very
pleasant weather-wise. – Amorella
1655 hours. We still like the Honda and I asked Carol at lunch if she
would go in with half to have the windows tinted like the Toyota but she is
leery that something might go wrong with the car not because of mileage but
rather age. I think we are going to keep the Honda for a long time, but we’ll
see. I did tell her that if we ever got a new one I would go for the Camry
hybrid rather than the Prius because I think it would be more comfortable. I am
tired of thinking about cars, but they still come up from time to time. I don’t
have anything else in my head (again).
Late evening. You had carrots as well as
peanut butter and raisins on a piece of wheat bread; Carol had cheese and
crackers. You watched the news and “Elementary” and Masterpiece Theatre. Carol
has gone to sleep but left the light on. Jadah is curled and asleep on your
side of the bed; Spooky is downstairs on the chair by the front window. You are
ready to call it a night but first I have something to say.
The
last thing you looked at was on possible title pages for the ebook. Chose the
cheapest cover title page where you can add a photo. You will use the letters
GMG.I as the title. I have selected three of your photos, one for each book. Let’s
have a look. – Amorella
2238 hours. This is not what I thought. I thought we were going to use a
cover similar to the first trilogy.
You don’t want to confuse the reader. These
are not the same books. Each cover will have a different color for the text so
that it will be less confusing. - Amorella
Do
you have colors picked?
I do. I will show you what it will be. You,
as always, final editing rights because your name is on the cover on the lower
right corner: richard henry orndorff in common letters.
2248 hours. I look forward to seeing your concepts. This is quite a
surprise.
I observed you reviewing samples and I have
made my decisions based on what I observed in your heartansoulanmind as you
perused those samples. - Amorella
I
am quite intrigued, Amorella.
First, go to iPhoto. – Amorella
2331 hours. I found ten that appear possibilities.
I concur. Tomorrow I will pick the three. Post.
– Amorella
