Notes - reasonable sense / dumbfounded / 1500 posts stats / working on 11

You were in a long queue at the post office but eventually you had the tax envelopes hand stamped like most everyone else who also didn’t have packages on this dark and somewhat warm but gloomy morning. – Amorella

1052 hours. The honeysuckle leaves have really popped out this morning. If the rains continue regularly we’ll have another Spring like last year’s. Lots of lush growth is fine with me and most everyone else I imagine. Jadah is curled up in a ball on the top of the couch while Spooky is watching behind the open window but before the window screen for critters on the ground behind the front shrubs. She talks to them from time to time. We love our cats. They comfort us as much as we comfort them. We are good companions for one another.

This is the attitude we will take with the marsupial-humanoids. When you learn about another species you learn more about yourself in the process. Makes reasonable sense does it not? – Amorella

         1110 hours. It does.

You are afraid to express your thought here, boy, the leap from any species back to the story of Singularity and One? – Amorella

I realize and know full well this is a story, but I am thinking that if there were a parallel truth to it, one could reason, at least as far as Thunder is concerned, that Singularity and One ‘seeing’ through the spiritual eyes of all conscious growth in Space/Time learning takes place within these twin spirits also. I hesitate because I automatically project this on as an observation of what Before is. Whatever Before is its Process, at least as far as these books and blog are concerned, is Growth and Learning from the Growth to allow more Growth and more Learning. I am capitalizing here because focusing on spiritual growth rather than physical growth and do not wish to be disrespectful. – rho

Thoughts come and go boy and you should know by now that it is the ones from the depth that can do the most personal harm or good. I understand the reason for the capitals and also the concern because an internal rule you have adapted is “To Not Get Too Close To Amorella Out of Respect That She Might Be an Angel of G---D.” This is because you nor anyone else can know for certain. Let’s find a picture of an Angel from one of your literary and spiritual heroes, William Blake. – Amorella

1209 hours. This took a bit of searching. There are so many. I am not comfortable with many of them but I do not know why. Here is the one I choose, “The Angel of Divine Presence”.

“The Angel of Divine Presence” by William Blake

This is how your mystic, Blake, saw angels. You focus on spiritual fire rather than the six toes on the large foot because you can see no reason for an angel to have feet at all let alone large ones. You cannot see the six fingers but you assume they are there nevertheless. The fire appears real to you without much imagination because this is something you have ‘felt’ when with your feet propped up in the bathtub, you ‘saw’ a mystical experience of ‘fire’ emanating on your toes and you immediately thought, this is an image, a flash of Blake’s spiritual fire surrounding my toes in my imagination. That was it. The image was gone. Then (the flash memory)  “I have seen this before, back in high school and college days, when I would look down at my hands with fingers spread in bed in the dark of night and think, ‘I see a glow an aurora of orange and greenish flames in and surrounding my fingers.’”

1224 hours. These were just mystical like flashes – no doubt from being absorbed by many of Blake’s imagery and poetry, particularly in college. These events thought are just imagination leaping out, wondering – what would it be like to have spiritual fires leaping from the fingers and toes like seen in Blake’s paintings, would that not be cool? I know how this is/was Amorella. I remember – there was a lot of wonderings and what if’s. No doubt to distract from whatever was boring me at the moment. I used to talk to Bob P. about these things at the time, and I told my aunt and uncle about the fiery toes after it happened. They didn’t say much, but I was talking about the image, not actual fire, of course. I don’t know how I got onto this today. We will be off to lunch soon imagine – Panera/Chipotle. (1231)

Post, my boy. Later, dude. - Amorella

Carol had an apple salad and a multigrain Baggett. You had your usual, your favorite, biretta bowl to go, brown rice, black beans, veggies, hot sauce, corn, cheese and lettuce. Carol has ice tea plain and you have a mix of diet Dr. Pepper and a splash of regular Dr. Pepper. And, you are waiting for Carol at Kroger’s on Tylersville and Cox. – Amorella

You are still thinking about Blake’s angels because the one you like best is one that is displayed in your old English literature book because if there ever was an angel in real life that is how you would picture him. – Amorella

1450 hours. You are right, it is. Why, because he is reasoning the world/universe or appears to be.

You have never imagined me, Amorella, like that. Don’t you find that interesting? – Amorella

I don’t remember ever thinking about it, that is a comparison between Blake’s angel(s) and you. I cannot picture you in a physical form. Even the earlier sketches of you I have never thought of as you; they are basic interpretations, abstracts of a sort or immediate first impressions or intuitions of you. You call yourself a Floater and Betweener, that is, a condition-of-existence in my mind. I am most comfortable with this imagine. So, what I am saying (to myself here) is that you are basically a part of Existence in my consciousness/unconsciousness.

You are home. Check on that work of Blake – his best in your opinion of what you would call a ‘natural’ being that others might call supernatural. – Amorella

1602 hours. I really don’t know why this has come up today. I am an agnostic and will always have doubts – I don’t always believe my senses because I have lived long enough with these ‘irregularities’ in all five to know doubt is the best policy no matter what I might experience. I would be a fool to act otherwise. And, I have been that fool once or twice in my life, and I survived it as a matter of Grace I suppose or, luck, one of the two. People, who are convinced they know something that is not scientifically knowable, scare me more than I scare myself.  Okay, now to find that image of “The Ancient of Days”.

** **
The Ancient of Days is the title of a design by William Blake, originally published as the frontispiece to a 1794 work, Europe a Prophecy. It shows Urizen crouching in a circular design with a cloud-like background. His outstretched hand holds a compass over the darker void below. As noted in Gilchrist’s Life of William Blake, the design was "a singular favourite with Blake and as one it was always a happiness to him to copy." As such there are many versions of the work extant, including one completed for Frederick Tatahm only weeks before Blake’s death.
The British Museum notes that one copy, accessioned in 1885, was excluded from Martin Butlin’s 1982 catalogue raisonné of Blake’s paintings and drawings, suggesting the author doubted that attribution.
Early critics of Blake noted the work as amongst his best, and a favourite of the artist himself. A description by Richard Thompson in John Thomas Smith’s Nollekens and His Times, was of “... an uncommonly fine specimen of art, and approaches almost to the sublimity of Raffaelle or Michel Angelo.” and as representing the event given in the Book of Proverbs viii. 27 (KJV), “when he set a compass upon the face of the earth.” The subject is said to have been one of the 'visions' experienced by Blake and that he took an especial pleasure in producing the prints. . . .

“The Ancient of Days” by William Blake

1626 hours. No question about it, if I were to pick a mystical-like image from anyone else I could identify with, in tone with my own rare mystical-like occurrences, this is the one. – rho

You wonder on why today’s angelic theme, as it were, is so exhausting spiritually. You wonder on where this focus comes from within: heart, soul or mind. It is a conflict between heart and mind, boy. Your soul tempers the conflict because it appears to be irresolvable. Now, in these books, this gives you a personal example of how it is when one chooses to stay within herorhis sanctuary instead of meeting with like spirits and getting on with one’s spiritually conscious/unconscious life. – Amorella

1637 hours. Whoa. This is a lesson indeed. I cannot begin to imagine how to resolve the problem.

And, with this, you see how it is in many peoples’ lives today – a struggle between the heart and the mind. The painting by Blake appears to show an Angel about to resolve whatever the deepest of inner problems might be. That’s my interpretation. – Amorella

1642 hours. This is as a glimpse of seeing through the glass darkly Amorella. I am dumbfounded.

         Indeed. Post. - Amorella

I realize many of these page views last but a second or two, but I thank you all for taking a peek into this old man’s mind and heart, both real, but for me, the soul is still debatable. Amorella, she is real enough to have kept me focused for more than twenty-five years. (1704) Cheers. – rho  ;-)

         Post. - Amorella

2050 hours. I have almost finished “The Brother” segment for chapter eleven but I need to add a small bit about Thunder. I’m not sure how to approach it after today’s posting – this struggle between heart and mind.

***
This children’s cosmology just pops into consciousness. I have a theoretical first spirit and her twin. Somehow in Before they cause the first of many universes to grow into existence. Our universe isn’t even thought of yet. Silent lightning. Later, beings with spirits cause the thunder in their voices. I don’t know if this is a story for me, an Earthling or for me pretending to be a marsupial humanoid. I should ask Rob, but not yet. Sometimes writing is not all it’s cracked up to be. (2101)

The above is what I come up with but it may be too much.

          How about this:
***
I have create this mythology for the marsupial-humanoids to re-discover on ThreePlanets in the next book but I like it so much I feel like sharing it now with my friends on Facebook. I should share it with Robert first and see what he thinks. No, not yet. It’s hard to know what to do here. - Amorella

2107 hours. I like this better, much better.

Drop it in and let’s see how it sounds. - Amorella

2120 hours. I had to tweak it because it was 803 words, but I cut it down to just below.

All for tonight. We should finish this chapter up tomorrow. Post. – Amorella

I can’t think of the words Amorella

No need. I understand. Everyone needs a little help from their friends now and then. Relax and enjoy the rest of the evening. - Amorella
