Notes - events of the day /

Mid-morning. Lawn mowing is one of the first things on you agenda today. You better get cracking. – Amorella

         0859 hours. I know. It’ll get warm.

Carol’s mowing the southwest rectangle, after mowing the back square and the north quadrangle. You worked on most of the rest of the lawn – the front southeast side and the much larger front east by northeast side. – Amorella

1040 hours. I probably should have started earlier but then I have dew wet grass to contend with. I’ll have to rake and trim tonight or tomorrow but only lightly; it’ll take about thirty minutes or less for both. The lawn will look good for Memorial Day weekend and Katelyn King’s Sunday high school graduation party.

Carol collapsed into a sleep on the couch about twenty minutes ago. Kim called earlier to invite you up for Saturday/Sunday (until a PM birthday party). You washed the Honda and have the Toyota to do. Your Famly Tree Maker Mac 3 Deluxe arrived with the morning mail. – Amorella

1244 hours. I am going to take a look at it. I told Carol it is going to be exciting starting with the boys – really with Kim and Paul – and moving through the ancestors. We have all those old family photos in the basement; it is about time to clean all this up. It will be less ‘stuff’ to move later. I’m glad Carol suggested us moving in four years. At least we have a planning date. It is getting warm, but it looks like I won’t have to do any raking after all. Carol just awoke.

You spent a good deal of time learning the ropes of Family Tree Maker. You and Carol had left over spaghetti and raw carrots for supper and watched NBC News and the first episode (two hours) of “24”.  Carol called Kim with a change of plans. You are not going up to see them on Saturday or Sunday but instead going up on Monday to see Uncle John and celebrate his ninetieth birthday (2 June) a week early.

         2220 hours. I am tired.

You have nothing else to say. Post. - Amorella
