Dusk. You had a good two-day drive. Carol
and Linda are over at Jen’s house. You and Bill are watching the ESPN2 watching
Women’s College Softball NCAA Regional’s Opening Round – Florida A&M v.
Florida. Bill did a lot of women’s softball coaching in his life. Daughters
Jean and Jen both played high school and college baseball plus Jean was the
star pitcher on the U.S. Travel Ball Championship team. Both Jean and Jen are
educators – Jean taught AP History and was baseball coach, now an
administrator; Jen will teach fifth grade science next year rather than a
general fifth grade. Linda taught for thirty-seven years and Bill was an
administrator for more than thirty and back in the day served in Vietnam as a
Marine ground gunner (wounded in action). Jean’s new husband James is a Master
Sergeant focusing on administering night duty jet engine maintenance at an Air
Force base near Valdosta, Georgia and will retire within the next two years. It
is a relaxing evening.

hours. We have had a good two days with enjoyable driving except driving
through Cincinnati early morning and Atlanta mid-afternoon traffic. We love our
2013 Avalon Limited Hybrid for quiet comfort and efficient fuel usage. We traveled
in the high seventies when we safely could do so and averaged 36.6 miles per
gallon over the trip (so far). We only stopped twice for gas and still have about
half a tank left on our Georgia stop at I-75 Exit 101 – temperature in the 90’s
with the air conditioning on all the way. We are quite happy with this
automobile. Tonight we had dinner at a noted Thai restaurant in downtown Tampa –
excellent spring roll and soup dinners – Linda and Bill’s treat.
The
other evening before you left for Florida you were reading Quora’s – top ten
philosophical questions and you were wondering on how I, the Amorella, would
respond to them. First, let’s look at the questions and makes some choices. -

comfortable asking you because I feel better with a distance between us.
That respectful distance is kept, boy,
because it is a necessity within the folds of your heartansoulanmind. -
