Notes - afternoon and evening

         Later in the afternoon. You were unwell this morning, mostly with bone joint conditions, after a hot bath you felt better but decided on no formal exercises today – though you have been walking (shopping). You bought a new ‘landline’ wireless phone base plus one because you cannot find the old extra phone and that system is about twenty years old. You went to lunch at Cracker Barrel mid-afternoon and Carol is presently in Barnes and Noble while you wait in the car. – Amorella

         1627 hours. We have to stop at Kroger’s before heading home.

         Once home you went up to change, Jadah followed you up and shortly thereafter you fell asleep in the chair with Jadah on your lap. – Amorella

         1831 hours. That is pretty much it. Meanwhile, Carol has been washing clothes and working on other things. I don’t know how she has the much energy. Carol was going through files and found a blue folder of poetry Bob had sent to you a few years ago. I reread a few and thought – there he is, Bob is still here in that way – great poems – I love the style and the words – right out of my own poetic heart only better – Bob better.

         Carol is about ready to watch a show from last night. Later, dude. – Amorella

         You watched “Elementary” and “Bones” as well as NBC News. Afterwards you signed up for Amazon Prime movies, etc. on the Sony so now you can watch Prime TV/films on the big screen. Then, you watched tonight’s “Grimm”. Post. – Amorella

         2311 hours. I was surprised the Prime worked by it does through the Sony DVD player. Very cool.
