Suppertime. You and the girls saw “Bridget
Jones’ Baby” shortly after noon at the nearby Regal theatre, then had an
excellent late lunch at Tony’s Cafe in uptown Mason before heading over to
Liberty Mall (like Easton Mall in Columbus) for shopping at Chico’s with a
Graeter’s for dessert – a relaxing day for one and all. – Amorella

hours. It was. I wasn’t too keen on seeing the movie but it was entertaining.
The theatre price was up ten percent but they had lounger-like seating, very
comfortable. For a fun change we had buttered popcorn and a drink. Last night
Linda asked what we were going to do for our fiftieth wedding anniversary
thinking it was this November but it’s next. She thinks we should do a world
travel adventure with her going along of course. Actually, it may be the year
Paul, Kim and the boys go to Korea with his parents – we are also invited. I
haven’t thought about it and neither has Carol. Normally, we don’t do anything
special other than to exchange cards and go out to a nice restaurant, sometime
in November or early December since we were wed on the twenty-fifth. Anyway,
that’s next year (Lord willing). We’ve known each other since the Fall of 1966
so as far as friendship goes it’s been fifty years this year. Maybe we ought to
celebrate that this year by heading down to Linda and Bill’s in early November then
driving on down to Key West for a few days.
Why not go in and ask her? – Amorella

hours. She was out watering so I asked Linda what she thought for early
November since Kim is having Thanksgiving and Sharon, Gil and the kids are
coming in from Nevada as well as Mack from Logan and perhaps Uncle John and
Dwight. Carol is okay with it, or seems to be, but is concerned the bathroom
won’t be completed. I feel it should be barring unforeseen circumstances;
however winter prices are on - that should have been foreseen.
