Early
this morning Autumn officially moved into Winter -- Solstice. Yesterday was
good and fun. The four of you saw the film early after noon but you saw Arrival
instead since Craig and Alta had not seen it and didn't know much about it.
You gained more insight into the film and script the second time around. You
had Two City pizzas -- one New York, the other Chicago, everyone but you liked
the New York supreme better. Last night you watched the last episode of "Designated
Survivor" as they had not seen it; now they are caught up as you watched
"Madam Secretary" Monday night. At breakfast today Craig suggested
they visit the second week at the condo next June (Kim, Paul and the boys will
be there with you the first week). - Amorella
2033 hours. We are so excited. For a
few years we have asked if they wanted to visit us at Madeira Beach; now they
have taken us up on it. Most cool. We are also talking about a couple other
trips together and of course we have the trip with the three couples sometime
next year too. Right now it is just talk, but it's exciting when we couples get
together at least once a year when possible. Just to know that the plan is that
we visit is important -- it gives us all a mutual passion for the gathering.
Life is good at such times when friends think on reuniting.
2042 hours. We also dropped off presents today and Kim, Paul, Carol and myself had lunch at Max and Erma's in Westerville (the boys were both at school). Another slice of a very good day.
