Notes - dedication and introduction / no tricks

       Early afternoon. You spent the morning sleeping and nursing your left thigh soreness. You and Carol also took down the Christmas tree and decorations and put them away (mostly). You are not sure what to do next (although you did not completely finish the Three Chapters project). Eventually you will take time for lunch and run some errands. Later, my young friend. - Amorella

       1329 hours. I had another bath with the bubbles on, then used the heating pad and massage, after which I put that cream on the area where a few months ago I used the medicine on my left hip. It is an annoyance more than anything else but it does feel like someone hit me with a coal shovel on the left thigh.

       You know a bit about this experience with the shovel.- Amorella

       1334 hours. In 1960-61, when I was working at the foundry, Foseco in Cleveland (Dad was the plant manager), a fellow young worker got mad at me for making a derogatory slur about one of his favorite blues singer. I like the blues then and now, but I felt like pissing him off. Anyway, he picked up the shovel (like a coal shovel) and started pounding on me. I put up my left forearm and which took the brunt of the blow. We settled the argument quickly because neither one of us wanted to get fired. So, that's my story of the shovel incident. We became friends and I used to go to his house to listen to the blues and early rock music but lost track of each other when I quit in June and bummed it out to Colorado then returned to start at Otterbein in the Fall.  

       Mid-afternoon. You had a late McD's breakfast for lunch and are currently waiting for Carol in the lot at Kroger's on Mason-Montgomery Road. You requested Bushes' baked beans and turkey dogs. You assume she is after fruit and/or yogurt. It is a cool, rainy and dreary afternoon. - Amorella

       1500 hours. I have a dedication and introduction to do for the Three Chapters. I would just as soon get this done and put away to move on with the chapters. It is quite pleasing to see some of this in a NFD setup like I am accomplishing something for a change. I know you see into my heartansoulanmind so what would be good without sounding arrogant (I dedicate this to the people of world - for instance).

       Your dedication 'flash' is no more than dark humor (cheer up things are bound to get worse). We need to go a bit deeper in that spirit of yours. - Amorella

       1527 hours. We are home. I don't know what's deeper Amorella but I don't like triteness and what my dear old friend Bob P. angrily called 'pseudo romantic 'tra-la-la shit'.  

       How about dedicated to the spirit within? - Amorella

       1541 hours. I like it. True to my heart it is. -- I added:

       1545 hours. I agree; more concise. It is not like me to say something of this sort. It is not pseudo romantic though, I'll give it that. Shelley and Keats might like it. In context it sounds just fine. Thank you, Amorella. I really don't know where you pulled this phrase from.

       From one of your secret romantic spaces. - Amorella

       1552 hours. I do not have a clue on an introduction. In the past Merlyn wrote them. Maybe Soki ought to write it though it seems he's covered it with his Definition and Address.

       How about, 'It's good to be here once again,'  -- the Soki.

       1559 hours. Short and sweet, but I rather like it; seems like something he would say forthright and honestly. Wow.

       Post, and take a break. You have a couple new magazines to read. - Amorella

       1602 hours. That's right. Motor Trend and Consumer's Report arrived yesterday or Saturday. We don't know which.

      You both shared half of a large Papa John's pizza for supper and watched NBC News, "CBS's Sunday Morning" and episode five of Netflix's "The Crown". The other half pizza is for another day. Carol is upstairs reading and you are thinking of going up soon. Tomorrow Jill will be here to clean. - Amorella

       2215 hours. We'll probably make ourselves scarce as we have a list of errands to run.

       You have taken the time to proofread and correct Soki's Address which you have concluded with the question, "Why would it?" It is here you add one more section titled, The Set without a Rabbit Hole in Sight". This will conclude with the set up for Chapter One. - Amorella

       2230 hours. This is an odd title. Do I have it right?
