Notes - simple enough

      You are about ready to head up to bed. This has been a Sunday to relax and reflect and that is what you did. Relaxing is your business but what you reflect is important to me because more than anything I measure your authenticity. I let you know one way or another when you are not honest with yourself first. Writing your thoughts allows me to more easily help you with this. - Amorella
