       Moving on noon local. You have been working on your liquids today and also you completed your thirty minute exercise by moving about the extremities and some kicks using the weights only about ten minutes worth. There was some pain in lower back, thus the reason for modification. - Amorella

       1134 hours. I feel better doing the exercises even if they are light. This back problem is taking longer to heal than it used to. The sharp edged pains have subsided which makes it easier on body movement. Pain threshold under a 7 out of 10 is acceptable -- I am used to 4 to 5 at times under normal conditions. I have had half of my required liquids before noon. Time to work on more. It is a wonderfully good day outside. When I opened the windows, I thought the cats would come strolling but Jadah remains curled in a sleep on Carol's dining room chair; I don't know where Spooky is. She is usually first to the windows when opened. -- I check my blog's overview stats from time to time and it is interesting that the all-time top post is 5 March 2017, "Obit - Aunt Patsy" with 1069 page views.
