Today so far. After
breakfast and reading the morning Enquirer you received a call from
Toyota saying your car was ready. Within the hour you were on your way. No problems
leaving the Enterprise's Fiat 500X at Toyota; and it was a delight driving your
own car home. Once home you picked up a
cat stool to deliver to the vet for a check out and then stopped at Lowe's to
see when the dishwasher could be installed, it was supposed to arrive Tuesday.
It took a while, fifteen or twenty minutes of waiting at Lowe's, a clerk eventually
told you that the installer would call you later. Home. You both decided on
Twin Cities Pizza for lunch, the place was packed inside and out. You order at
twelve inch New York supreme and a diet drink and an unsweetened ice tea. Once
home from deliciously amazing pizza you received a call that the dishwasher would
be delivered shortly if you wanted it installed today. You accepted. Meantime
you called about spraying the outside of the house for summer bugs. The fellow
is coming at noon tomorrow. You also called about getting the gutter spouts
cleaned. He is coming Wednesday at three-thirty. The vet called saying Jadah
and Spooky have healthy stools. Awesome. Carol stopped at the bank for spending
cash for the upcoming week. Now, late afternoon you are waiting for Carol at
Kroger's on Mason-Montgomery Road, and here she comes. - Amorella
1745 hours. It is rather
pleasant to be home and have nothing else to do today. Having Two Cities for
lunch was just the ticket. The place recently earned an award for being the
best pizza in the Cincinnati area. Who would have thought we would go to
downtown Mason for the best pizza around. Very popular, very busy place with
contented people about, both staff and customers. We leave for Florida in two
weeks or so and Carol was afraid we weren't going to get all these things done.
Most cool.
A few people have viewed your political comments on Facebook today. You
feel good that both sides commented somewhat civilly because that was the idea.
1755 hours. I posted it publically but friends and
former students had the comments. I'm glad I had my say and feel good for
having shared my views whether readers agree or not.
