Twenty-two hundred hours right on the
button. You are wondering why you are even on tonight. The day was mostly busy.
Carol had her breakfast with retired Blue Ash teacher friends and in the early
afternoon Dr. Brad E. put in your new upper left bridge which had arrived early
this morning. The five painters on the team finished all the ceilings today and
all of the minor wall repair work except in the garage. The team will also help
you move the furniture when needed and replace it when finished. The cats spent
the day in the master bedroom and master bath while work was being done. You
had a late supper at Piada's Street Italian then watched the NBC News, "Designated
Survivor" and Tuesday's "NCIS". The cat are enjoying their
relative freedom in the house this evening. - Amorella
2211 hours. You do a good job summarizing the day Amorella, the main
particulars are worth marking -- shows something worthwhile is being done each
day, at least from my perspective.
Why are the cats' lives important, boy? -
Amorella
2214 hours. They are our companions of a sort. We love our cats as other
people love their own pets.
Do you consider human beings as G-D's pets,
G-D's companions of a sort? - Amorella
2216 hours. Many decades ago I thought such thoughts but no, I don't. I
cannot imagine human beings as G-D's companions. I cannot imagine G-D having
any companions. Angels I see as extensions of G-D, as spiritual fingers if you
will. I do not know. This whole conversation is rather awkward to be honest,
and blunt. What is its purpose?
To think about how Angels might consider
human beings? - Amorella
2224 hours. Why bring G-D into it first?
As far as Angels are concerned they would
see G-D as first, don't you think? - Amorella
2226 hours. Religiously and culturally we have been taught this. The
story-line is understood in analogy. Beyond this I have no idea. And, I have no
imagination for it except by story, some quite old stories. Stories are our
connection to both G-D and Angels. Neurologically, stories may be the way of
'connection' to the concepts of G-D and Angels; neurological pathways to the
more fully spiritual world. I can think of no other way of connection besides
analogy unless it is 'an actual spiritual experience'. In "Designated
Survivor" the question came up about appearance and reality and the new character
said that in terms of the Presidency 'appearance is reality' and I immediately
verbally disagreed saying to Carol, "Appearance is theatre, reality is
reality". (2239)
Then perhaps Angels are theatre and G-D is
G-D? - Amorella
2240 hours. If Angels are theatre then what are human beings, props? I
think not because people have a sense of freedom and dignity, freedom and
dignity are not props. Moral fibers, as it were, are not becoming of props.
Is moral fiber a becoming of an Angel? - Amorella
2244 hours. Intuitively I would say, no. Strange that this comes to mind
because the "No" leads me to the dialogues within Milton's Paradise
Lost. I do not know or feel what an Angel might personally think about
freedom and dignity. Spiritual beings are not human. -- I miss-phrase this.
Human beings are spiritual being to me, but not fully spiritual. Fully
spiritual human beings cannot exist physically, at least not to me.
A good place to stop, boy. Post. - Amorella
