Late
morning. You are sitting in the car facing south at Bob Evans in Westerville.
Last night on your MacBook you caught a virus that threatens to take all of
your material unless you call a particular number. You investigated more
closely and found it had taken nothing so you reinforced your security. The
MacBook works fine unless you go online. You are going to have the Apple store
check it out. Meantime, you charged up your older MacAir and it appears to be
working okay. The traffic was quite thick on I-71; many trucks as one might
expect this time of year. Most of I-71 to Columbus from Cincinnati is two lane,
A year or so ago I-71 from Columbus to Cleveland was completed as three lanes
each way. You are waiting in the lot for a few more minutes before getting a
table. Fritz will be here between ten of and twelve o’clock. Once you leave
B.E. you are going to Cathy and Tod’s, and after, to Kim and Paul’s to wait
until the visitation at Moreland’s at five, by six or six-thirty you expect to be on your way home. If tired,
you will stay at Kim and Paul’s and go home in the morning. – Amorella
1129 hours. I will wait and see how the traffic
south is also. If it’s really busy like this morning, I’ll wait until morning.
No need to go through the hassle at night if I don’t need to. Carol worries
about traveling at night but it has never really bothered me that much. – I
forgot how much I liked using the MacAir. If it keeps working I’ll use it for
a-while. It has OS Sierra but it makes little difference in terms of text.
Let’s
see what happens. Post. – Amorella
You are home and it's time for bed. We'll work on this tomorrow. Apparently your MacBook is going to work okay, here. It did work up at Kim and Paul's but you forgot your password and didn't have time to check it. You had a good lunch with Fritz and at the calling hours of visitation you arrived at five-twenty and the people a head of you in line were Aunt Ruthie and Tony. You talked to a few of the family and excused yourself early because of tiring of standing in line. When with Fritz you two spoke of Ann D. Kay's twin and how terrible it must be to lose your house and belonging in a short order of time (from the Thomas fire). Fritz also informed you that yesterday a classmate from the Class of 1959 died suddenly, Ron Meyers. Once the coach of the Boston Patriots and the Indianapolis Colts. You were all on the same Westerville football team. All for tonight, boy. Post, Amorella
2238 hours. It was a long day. I also enjoyed time with sister Cathy and Tod, and later afternoon with Kim, Paul and the boys. This is the first post from the Mac Air in a long time. Glad it still works. Italics may not work on this posting. Actually, this may all come out in 'script' font. Sorry. -- I did not forget the date, 7 December 1941, I remember like many others. It was such a long and short time ago just as our lives are.
