Notes

Last night you had a wee epiphany of sorts. After working from pronunciation guides from the Internet you learned how to use the verbal machinery better and had reworked much of the first chapter only to have Word crash (very unusual) and without a ‘save’ you lost your work. However, once in bed, from midnight to one you thought about your work and how it would be more authentic to the old story telling by writing the work to be read aloud as the ‘digital voices’ do. While the voices are not perfect you see how to make them better, and also can measure the cadence listening, something you could not do (at the time) with the first three books.

Some material in your notes could serve your posting. Don’t worry, I’ll help you mark it. – Amorella.

You have the postings updated and are now underlining what is being posted from your notes. See, now you feel better.

Indeed. I feel more in control, like I am actually doing something. I don’t know that anyone will still be interested but it is out there in the public record, so to speak. Now, I need to get back to work.

You might as well work on cleaning up the first chapter. Once that is completed I will work with you on chapter three. After it is complete you can work on cleaning up chapter two. As we are working on chapter three you can also work on the audio of chapter two for Aunt Patsy and Uncle Ernie. By the way, I concur, to give the novel a more realistic story-telling feel listen to the voices and make corrections accordingly. I’m in your head so I’ll be checking along with you.

This is not the way we worked on the first three books but I am game. As long as the novel ends decently I’m all for it. I have decided that once the fourth novel is complete I am going to publish it one way or another, just because I want to share it with a few friends and can put it on my bookshelf as an accomplishment, one of those bucket list accomplishments.
