Notes on scene five

You woke up at four, sat in the living room chair for a few minutes and suddenly the word appeared you were looking for last night, audacity.

That is indeed the word, Amorella. Thesaurus-wise a few more come to mind: effrontery, gall, impudence and temerity (Merriam-Webster). Perhaps I am losing sight of the satire, the hangman’s humor.

The larger picture is that Ezekiel helps, however unintentionally, the Rebellion. He is a man of two cultures, and through his insight Thales comes to see a connection that Panagiotakis does not see. Who do these shamans think they are? Do they not realize their own un-intentions? What do you think, boy? Do you see it a bit better now?

I do not know. I am catching a drift. I would not have even considered such a concept here. Alas, the thought brings even further audacity to the scene. Such is the graveyard humor.

We keep the humor, boy. Post. – Amorella.

Twenty-one hundred hours. Busy day, mostly ‘spring-cleaning’ the bedroom before and after the chair was delivered. Moved furniture, the whole nine yards. You even cleaned the floor fan with cotton tipped sticks.

It was rather enjoyable. The southeast corner is like a new office, I love looking north out the large double window at the many trees bordering Muddy Creek. One of my favorite spots in the house with now a much more comfortable place to sit and work, and sleep when the bed gets a late night/morning restlessness. We found five toys the cat had hidden away and forgotten about. Three were squeak mice. We love our monochrome short-hair cat just as we loved our sandy and white cocker spaniel, Lady. Kind and loving pets both. I feel mixed on writing tonight. Lack of focus I suppose.
