Notes - To Mason then to Time as a Form of Matter, part one

You left Cleveland at three-fifteen and arrived home at seven-thirty. This was a fairly eventful trip as Owen’s gastro-intestinal problems became easily sharable with everyone but yourself. It  was worst for Kim and Paul as Saturday found them at Paul’s usual working SouthPointe Hospital campus for IV fluid, Kim took three bags and Paul two as they were both dehydrated. Not the best of days, but today with Carol also recovering, you headed home.

Yes, I have lucked out of the GI flu. My fortune, their misfortune. Tomorrow it could catch up with me though, therefore no bragging on my superior good health from having my traditional half of a crunchy peanut butter and raisin sandwich, a banana and glass of skim milk for breakfast most every day while they eat more fruits and vegetables as well as less breads, rice, and potatoes – much better diets than myself. Alas, before this week is out I may regret having written this – a little more than two hours to go. Pun intended.

You have little else to say, so I will provide the topic for conversation tonight.

This is a surprise. I still have no clue what the clue will be. I am continually amazed by you as an existential circumstance in my life. How can I think it two different ‘forms’ of subjective mental existence and not know or even sometimes anticipate (such as now) what you are going to say.

This is not the topic, orndorff. The topic is about time as a form of matter. – Amorella.

Before I ask any questions about time as matter I need to check my Merriam-Webster dictionary.

Time – finite as contrasted to infinite duration

Matter – the indeterminable subject of reality; especially: the element in the universe that undergoes formation and alteration

The specific definition of each (above) is what comes to my mind presently before you continue further. Here is the thing, are you leading me or am I leading you? It appears you are leading me as I was surprised and not able to immediate communicate this with looking the words up and selecting a definition that best fits with my present state of mind. However, now I lead as I have given a definition from which to discuss. This event is as a game like checkers, a self-entertainment which I feel is hardly worth sharing. Why would anyone respond to this in any way. Subjective reality cannot be shared, that’s my though, unless it is in a story, a fiction for emphasis.

This conversation from my perspective is about the comment you made to Doug a short time ago about the Hubble photographs he sent to you, particularly, your favorite, the delicate appearing red ring floating in space.

The caption beside the image reads:

Hubble Photos: From Blurry to Brilliant

A delicate sphere of gas, photographed by NASA's Hubble Space Telescope, floats serenely in the depths of space. The pristine shell, or bubble, is the result of gas that is being shocked by the expanding blast wave from a supernova. Photographs like this one are a “blend of science and art,” Ray Villard, a spokesman for the Space Telescope Science Institute, told AOL News.

Okay, I picked up the image from the NASA Hubble Site not AOL. Here it is:

Good. Now post this and we will continue this discussion tomorrow as it is late and Carol has asked you to come to bed. – Amorella.
