Notes - a day at home / Amorella's plan for Pouch-5

2119 hours. A very relaxing day, reading the Sunday paper, several magazines and watching several DVRed programs as we have a lot of catching up with our favorite shows to do. For instance, tonight we took twenty minutes or so and watched the first of the season "Modern Family" among a variety of "Vegas", "Blue Bloods" and CSI's (along with the national news on ABC and NBC and the Weather Channel).  We had a peanut butter sandwich and healthy chips for lunch and turkey soup for supper as well as ice cream bars. I don't think we left the house, or if we did, we didn't leave our property.

It is hard to believe that the clouds above are house are caused by Hurricane Sandy and other assorted weather. People might be without power. Shoot, I can remember when Auntie and Uncle Doc didn't even have electric. When I stayed at the farmhouse as a kid we listened to the radio and made popcorn over the potbelly stove in the center of the living room under the light of a kerosene lamp. After the show, probably "Jack Benny", the light was turned out and we headed up to bed.

It was cool in the Fall and the single bed I slept in upstairs was cold (two WWII army blankets on top of the sheets) but there was a vent in the floor that when opened let heat in from the first floor. We had electric in Westerville though. I want to say it was the Westerville Electric Company that ran it. I think it was, this would have been in 1945 through 1947. Their farm was always an adventure and when I was five I got to drive the tractor the tractor for the first time. I think I was hauling milk cans from the barn to the cooler where the milk cans were set in a vat of well water to cool them down before a truck picked them up each day.

I see I already have  a few earlier notes about Pouch-5. The base of the earlier notes states:

". . .  You [Amorella] said Friendly was going to take the plane if they couldn't purchase it. Blake doesn't want to sell.

Why can't Yermey take the plane inside Ship while the humans are put into a sleep until the damage is inspected and 'cleaned' of any evidence? The plane and passengers can then be put into a 'moving' plane with Friendly still piloting. No one would know the difference. - Amorella"
** **

I guess Friendly is flying the return flight from Put-in-Bay to Cleveland and she is going to put the passengers to sleep, fly the plane into a hanger area in Ship, Friendly, Hartolite and Yermey will go over the plane, drop it back into the air with Friendly flying, the others will awake from their 'naps' and the earthlings will not know the difference.

What is the marsupial-humanoids’ actually plan?

         I don't know.

What about the amount of time spent in Ship? How will the discrepancy be accounted for? - Amorella

         I don't know.

What about the 'sliver' of possible evidence of blackenot (bird remains) that was given to Pyl for analysis early on at the airport when they first met Friendly?

         I don't know.

Will the physical bodies of the Earthlings pick up any minute evidence of alien material once on Ship for thirty minutes?

I have no idea. Blake and Pyl are both pilots they will 'know' is something is not cricket because if they think they 'fell asleep' they will know the plane is not where it should be even if they only dozed off for ten minutes or so. This is like a "Mission Impossible" scenario.

Why don't you sleep on it so you can have some legitimate input.

I don't want to. I don't think you have a plan and need to wait until tomorrow to think one up.

Here's the way it will be. Pyl, Blake and Justin will be fully conscious but while Friendly is flying and Hartolite is flying co-pilot Yermey will direct Ship near enough to the plane (within an inch of the wingtip) that Ship can do the analysis and sterilization of the wingtip if needed. Also, Ship will check the plane's instrumentation  "at the remaining point of contact". At the same time Yermey will be secretly checking Ship's consciousness and memory to discover why Ship allowed the contact in the first place. - Amorella

         What can I say?

         Not much. - Amorella

As of now we go with your plan. (2219)

        Post. - Amorella

2229 hours. You tricked me with your earlier notes I was just following what you suggested.

You hadn't bothered to even think about those notes on Pouch-5. You didn't have any real responses to my questions. Post. - Amorella
