Notes - Thank You for the Reminder / angles / con't. Pouch 12

Mid-morning. Breakfast and the Sunday paper have been finished. You were looking over the blog stats and noticed one in particular, 17 November 2011, "soulenergy units explained" so you re-read it. Clearly the focus is on the present day work on 'The Dead 12'. What surprises you is the seemingly coincidence that some kind reader was focused on what is important now, in 2013. You are mulling over what to do and thought of yourself as a begger with nothing to return for such a gift other than a blessing for the kind person who happened to retrigger a previous thought. You do not like giving blessings to people because somehow it seems unpolite as you are not a priest or rabbi or holy man. Is this correct? - Amorella

It is. I could not begin to put together your paragraph is such a manner. That is exactly where I am in my head. Thank you, Amorella, and I thank you too kind reader for the reminder. It is helpful for me on a variety of levels. - rho

Drop in what is important from the previous post. - Amorella

From: 17 November 2011 Notes - "soulenergy units explained":

. . . In this scene Merlyn is first seen preparing himself to take a quantum leap, so to speak. [Amorella]

**
In physics and chemistry, an atomic electron(ic) transition (could be simply called an atomic transition, a quantum jump, or quantum leap) is a change of an electron from one quantum state to another within an atom (or artificial atom). It appears to be discontinuous (observed for example in fluorescence signal of another transition as burst noise); the electron "jumps" from one energy level to another very quickly (transition time often in a few ns or less). Quantum leaps cause the emission (or absorption) of electromagnetic radiation, including that of light, which occurs in the form of quantized units called photons. Their statistics is Poissonian and the damping of statistic values of time between jumps is exponential (in average). The damping time constant (ranges from nanoseconds to a few seconds) relates to the natural, pressure and field broadening of spectral lines.

Merlyn begins off the Boards like a taken chess piece. The soulenergy of Merlyn’s soul is zero. The soulenergy surrounding the soul is one. The energy between the soul and the heart is two and the energy between the soul and the mind is three. The combination of all three, the passion, the conscious and/or unconscious state of animation, is four. Merlyn reduces himself to soul alone, but as such, his soul is surrounded by the soulenergy of one. If a shaman puts herorhimself into a trance to the point he feels sheorhe is projected into a creature of the forest, a wolf for instance, then that is what sheorhe becomes within the mind. This is a similar method, only the mind begins the trance to become the heart and the heart becomes the soul. As a soul alone, Merlyn moves to the Greater Board and can understand outside the three universes of the Supervisor. The universes are as a constellation from Earth’s view, as a southern cross in the sky. One has to be off the Boards to understand what a Board is and the Rules to navigate the Boards. – Amorella.

Okay, I get this. I can feel this. I understand better.

         Post. - Amorella

You have completed your exercises and downloaded yesterday's birthday photos onto you computer. Presently you are upset because you began uploading them onto FB but hadn't asked permission to do so. You stopped about half way through the upload but twenty are on and you don't know how to get them off. This is where you are. Mostly out of curiosity you are thinking about retaking the Belief-O-Matic quiz, as it has been more than a year.

1255 hours. I should have not attempted to upload those photos. Carol and I spent some time enhancing, cropping, etc. several. The celebration was really fun. Carol is on the phone with Linda in Florida. I think maybe I should just take a nap.

There is no reason not to take the Belief-O-Matic quiz. It is a guideline as to where you are nothing more. - Amorella

I realize that, but I am rather indifferent 'spiritual' at the moment, more of a detached existentialist at the moment.

All the more reason. This ought to be interesting, boy. Go for it. - Amorella

I started question two after having technical trouble accurately responding to question one; then Carol needed help with her computer. Then, it was late and I hadn't had anything to eat; this was easily resolved with a bowl full of fine chili and crackers. I am still ready to take a nap. (1445)

This brought up a question out of the depths, for the books, you are wondering if one classification (Deliverer, Rejoinder and Betweener) can override another; and if so, how is this done. Correct? - Amorella

Yes, but I actually forgot the question. Since the question has come up, what do I call this 'group', either as the three or as the list of ten classifications analogized as gems?

Why not call them gemnests? - Amorella

         That's good. Pronounced like gymnasts?

No, pronounce as "gem NEST". - Amorella

(1501) I can't help the humor here, a nest of angles.

That bit of unqualified dark humor has geometry to give to engineering. Look up "angle". - Amorella

            ** **
angle  - noun

1 the wall is sloping at an angle of 33°: gradient, slant, inclination.
2 the angle of the roof: corner, intersection, point, apex.
3 consider the problem from a different angle: perspective, point of view, viewpoint, standpoint, position, aspect, slant, direction.

verb

1 Anna angled her camera toward the tree: tilt, slant, direct, turn.
2 angle your answer so that it is relevant: present, slant, orient, twist, bias.
3 he was angling for an invitation: try to get, seek to obtain, fish for, hope for, be after.

I'll let you comprehend (for now) how this 'GemNest' will come into vogue as far as the book is concerned. Post. - Amorella

Somehow I see some 'dark-hued' grammar in all this. Thanks for the invitation, Amorella.

You brought it up. Besides, I thought you enjoyed diagramming sentences. I just added a dimension or two to the fray that's all. Angle in on it, orndorff.  - Amorella

2026 hours. Papa John's Pizza for supper, excellent as always. We watched "60 Minutes" and await "Revenge" at nine as we are DVRing "Downton Abbey" and "The Good Wife". Otherwise, I had a nap this afternoon. I brought up the Pouch 12 document but nothing happened; there was nothing to write. I thought I was ready but obviously I am not.

The main deck looks similar to the hypnotic trance version (mid-eighties) of the control center you 'felt' when Dr. Paul Payne took you back to before your birth as a kind of experiment because he thought you were a good suggestible subject.

Okay, this is unexpected. -- I have been trying to put together a circle so that I might enclose some objects but I don't believe these Word shapes are going to help. I can set up something akin to Merlyn's Sanctuary.

Let's go with this concept. - Amorella

But I don't know what the machinery is and what its use especially when Ship is the brains and consciousness. This does take an engineering mind. I do need something with which to relate even if it is a Star Trek set. I have in mind the dimensions of the room. It is an open area; let's say forty or fifty feet in circumference. There are four staging areas.  I am in SA.1

Main Control Room of Ship - Control Center based on 1980's trance.

The above is all I can remember in terms of location.

Switch "Directions" with "Cleaning".  - Amorella

Switched, certainly it is more logical as it is with "Directions" nearer "Controls".  I assume I was in "Medical" because I appeared to be on a hospital bed of some sort, that's how my brain interpreted it in the trance. Why use this as a setting for Ship?

Because you created it yourself. No plans from Star Trek as you 'thought' this would have been in late December, 1941 or early January, 1942. - Amorella

But this would be before I was conceived.

When did you think this was going on in the trance?

I thought it was in late June or July 1942 before I was born in early August. I was reassuring myself everything was going to be all right. That's what the tall thin alien in the  trance leaned over like a doctor or nurse and said to me, "It's okay, everything is going to be all right."  (1022) It doesn't really make any difference this is just a set.

How about your medical area an incoming guest area. When you walk in you walk over to this corner and special lights come on so you visitors can see the room from this area rather than from the doorway to the northeast area? - Amorella

This sounds interesting. Why is the area darkened at first entrance?

This is because Friendly doesn't want you to see the "Directions" machinery straight on. Everything will be seen at a thirty-degree angle. Note that when you describe the area. - Amorella

It is like you are directing a scene. (2233)

I am, boy. Good for you. How observant. - Amorella

2308 hours. I have completed a total of 607 words in Pouch 12.

Drop it in whole, as it is. We will finish this up tomorrow. Post. - Amorella

Pouch 12, continued draft to 607 words

Blake glanced at his sister, wondering what she was thinking. This is interesting, came to mind. A real circumstance or is this some Mission Impossible trick? Better to play it as it lies for the moment. I need more input.

Pyl looked over at the plane. No apparent damage. No problems when they became airborne when the wheels left the road. Where is that road now, only moments later it seems, and the road, the county airport, Ohio, Lake Erie -- where are they? All I have here are my husband, my brother, and Daddy's plane. All I have is what I can see with my own eyes.

Justin felt almost uncontrollably alone. We don't know where we are and until we do we cannot hope to escape these people. Are they terrorists? Our plane is perhaps more important than we are. Do they want our plane to use as a terrorist weapon? Surely we are being duped. They are indeed foreigners, I am sure of that. I have to protect Pyl and Blake both. They are my responsibility at this point. I have to come up with a plan of escape or at least a plan to sabotage the plane so it will be of no use to them in harming our country.

"Again, we welcome you onboard our vessel," assured Friendly in both manner and voice. "Ship also welcomes you. We wills show you one of our control rooms and selections of our vessel. You can see where you are. I assure you, it is a beautiful sight."

"Come this way," directed Yermey. "We can climb the flight of stairs to the main deck. Where we are is in the annex."

"What you may call a basement," added Hartolite.

"Or a storage area," said Friendly. "Follow Yermey. Yermey one step at a time for our guests please."

Blake carefully observed the setting first by counting the stairs, there were twenty-two. The room appeared large and hospital clean in perhaps a forty to fifty-foot square. In the dim light he could see machinery set at an angle of about a thirty-degree tilt off center. Rather than seen the large box of machinery, which towered up perhaps fifteen feet straight on he saw the box on at an angle off a corner. 'I cannot tell,' he thought, 'how wide it is. It almost appears to be an optical illusion. To the left of the first machinery he saw a more familiar sight, but again off center. 'It is a long and rectangular box about the height of computers found in a control room like at the old NASA control center in Houston. At least it looks familiar.'

"Come ahead, this way," directed Yermey. "Over to this area where we can observe better."

Blake followed mostly out of polite routine as if he were on a tour of a manufacturing plant. A whiff of acidic scent reminded him of being in a factory that molded exothermic sleeve forms used in the construction of steel castings, but the ground had blended grass growing on it just as the Annex had. However the grass floor felt short and soft, like he was walking on a golf green. Shortly, Pyl and Justin stood beside him as Friendly and Hartolite walked around to their left and stood next to Yermey. The six were elevator close together looking into the room from a new angle. No one could see the door they had entered from. They could see no other entrance or exit. The walls and ceiling slowly illuminated to an eye comfort level where all could better view the space and what filled it.
