You had another family full day. Lunch
was on the water at John’s Pass at Bubba Gump’s Shrimp Restaurant – very good
food with a great ‘Forrest Gump’ atmosphere. Plus, the boys got to see the new
four-lane drawbridge go up and down twice. You each had small ice cream
desserts at the Candy Shop (since the early fifties); then time at the pool
before take out pizza for supper. You leave for breakfast at the nearby
(second) Mama’s Kitchen here in St. Pete before sending Kim, Paul and the boys
back to the car rental at the airport before their late morning trip to
Columbus via Delta. Carol is about to finish her latest Child’s mystery before
bed. That’s how it is this Friday evening. – Amorella
2216 hours. We did watch the sunset
and take a couple pictures. I did do my exercises in the morning and also I had
an hour or so nap this afternoon. It has been a quick but fun family vacation.
For the next couple of years we are coming back in November, after that Owen
will be in school and the plan at present is to come at Spring Break or the
first week or so out of school in June. The Meiber’s Condo has become a family tradition
in this last decade. One we don’t want to give up if at all possible. We have
had a really good time every time so far (this first decade).
Later, dude. Post. - Amorella
