Notes - busy though mostly relaxed day

        Mid-morning. Jadah jumped from the kitchen island to the dining room, a longer jump but she’s done it before. This time she hurt her left front leg and won’t walk on it. You called the vet and are waiting on a return call as well as debating on whether to just take her in to be checked up. Right now she is sitting in a sunbeam next to the bookcase in the bedroom. – Amorella

         0950 hours. I held her twice for about a half hour each time, massaging her front left leg. She purred and appeared to enjoy the attention to her leg. I didn’t feel any broken bones but she may have sprained it.

         2248 hours. We had a quick trip to the vet. Jadah will be fine. She is better tonight but still limps most of the time. Otherwise, she is still Jadah being herself as far as behavior in concerned. The deck railings, etc. are painted and the composite has been delivered. The rustic cedar will not be painted. We think it looks great just as it is; a very clean though informal look. As it is supposed to rain they probably won’t work tomorrow. We found that the refinishing of the whirlpool tub is not worth it so we may completely redo the master bathroom. Carol wants a larger shower with a chair. I agree it will be better. A new tub will be good too. I told her we can buy it without the jets and just use it as a soaker, but she insists on the jets. I think basic but a large corner tub will do. So, that would be a new shower, a new tub, new sink (granite) and a new floor. Carol prefers a very good (excellent) subtle vinyl like we have in the kitchen. Carol looked for bath oriented magazines at Barnes and Nobel but didn’t find any. While she was at B&N I stopped nearby at Best Buy to look at wireless speakers. I saw some Bose for about 130.00 each. Tomorrow I am going the check out the Kenwood Store. Carol seems to favor the radio with Bluetooth over speakers alone.

         You had Street Italian for supper on the way to the stores and watched “Castle” and NBC News. Carol read after and you have been on your laptop. Post. - Amorella
