hours. Amorella, I don’t like saying anything about my humanity or spirit. I
don’t even like saying anything about myself. This began as an experiment into
my inner self via hypnotic trance via subliminal finger nerves (string and
washer). That was a long time ago. I have all this stuff and it is okay as a
personal hobby, but by giving others access I am saying, “Yea, me!” It is
embarrassing and completely unlike my inner self. I am mostly a loner (a few
friends and family) at heart. (0953)
Late afternoon. You had a busy day. After
meeting with Chris C. from Columbia Kitchen and Bath you decided now isn’t the
time to refurbish without taking the time to think it out first. The fellow
came up with an estimate of about sixteen thousand for the bathroom. Carol’s
sister said that sounded reasonable considering she just had her kitchen and
bathroom redone in the last six month. He was willing to take it down to
thirteen something if you signed today. That was a turn-off so you did some
more research about the business, then drove down to the store off Redbank Road
in Cincinnati and declined in person saying that you needed more time to think
it out. He asked ‘how long?’ and you said, ‘maybe another year or so’. You
stopped at Graeter’s, Kroger’s on Mason-Montgomery and the bank on the way
home. – Amorella

hours. Chris estimated the floor at 156 square feet; 100 sq. ft. for the shower
w/bench; new wall tile; 15 sq. ft. for the tub with jets; new fan; 2 new ceiling
lights; a cabinet; a fan; overhead mirror light; 2 outlets replace plus add an
outlet; all new fixtures, plus tear out and replace regular tub in the other
bathroom. This comes to about $16,000 with 15 percent off if we signed today. Why
didn’t he just say about $13,000 to begin with and let it go at that? He didn’t
really pressure us to sign; he just said we’d get fifteen percent off rather
than ten percent. Chris is a decent fellow and gave us some good ideas to use;
for one, he suggests we take our large bathroom mirror have it trimmed down
slight and frame it with the medium stained Oak trim on the wall board, door
frames and doors (throughout the house). Business is business – we have had a
lifetime to deal with it. (1716)
Such is your day so far. Post. – Amorella

hours. I’m not complaining. We’ll take our time and get a couple more estimates
and see what comes up. I don’t mind people making a profit, but let’s keep it
reasonable.
You had excellent left over chili for
supper, plus an apple with a healthy application of peanut butter on each of
the four cut sections. While eating you watched NBC News after watching the
season première episode of “Blacklist”. – Amorella
