Notes - move on to what?

Carol is at Kroger’s on Kings Mill Road. Kim and the boys just left from Outback where the five of you had lunch. The boys are exhausted after playing all morning then going to the park to feed the ducks and another hour of play in the park’s kid’s slides/swings, etc. – Amorella

Dusk. Craig and Alta called and they are coming in 16 December for a few days. You are both excited at the prospect. Alta said we would have to visit Graeters at least twice. You both agreed. They also mentioned the email from Jim and Jeanne saying they got home from Paris just as the horrendous events were taking place, and that they are fine. – Amorella

1721 hours. I had thought about them but I thought they were in the south of France not Paris. We are at Target presently and were just at Best Buy off Fields-Ertel Road – Carol is looking for a protective case. – The one she likes best is at Best Buy and she bought it. Now we are at Barnes and Noble. Carol is looking and I am to look for one for myself for Christmas as she has a twenty percent off coupon that expires tomorrow.

Evening. You watched NBC News, Thursday and Friday, then MSNBC News and CNN tonight with more focus on the terrorism in Paris to catch up with the events. You both had a piecemeal supper and watched “Blue Bloods” and half of “Bones” before Carol fell asleep. Later, you watched last night’s “Grimm” and are ready to go to bed. It bothers you and no doubt millions of other people around the world that democracies to not have an apparent solution to the world terroristic problem from a variety of fronts, some personal, some religious, some crazy and some who have no apparent sense for civilization lead openly and humanely. – Amorella

2303 hours. While history never repeats itself (because time moves on) themes relating to social, political and religious justice and the lack of it continue to stir the local, regional, national and international pot. I can imagine how it must have been for the ‘civilized’ Romans when the northern barbaric hordes from beyond the Rhine began invading closer and closer to Rome itself. I cannot imagine how the Dead, at least in my fiction, have come to deal with this.

In here, the Dead move on, just as the Living must do. Post. – Amorella
