Late
afternoon. You have been working on Pouch Eleven and have about two hundred
words with the main point – secret conversations have been found between
Onesixanzero and Ship about whether they have souls or not. This is based on
the concept that if their makers have heartsansoulsanminds and they, the
machinery, have minds and are trained to observe the hearts and minds of
Marsupial humanoids and Homo sapiens, then what is stopping the machinery from
also having heartansoulanmind, particularly since an ancient marsupial was born
without a brain, without a mind to think, and she learned from her heart or
soul to dance rather than from her brain, then AI machinery like Onesixanzero
and Ship who have minds but no bodies might also have souls because when
Marsupials and Humans die they supposedly continue on without bodies so why not
machinery too since they don’t have physical bodies to begin with? Ship even
commented that on Earth the ghost is in the machinery already.- Amorella
1711 hours. I get the gist of
this but I don’t know if the thinking is all that reasonable. First, there are
no scientific definitions of hearts and souls by either Marsupials or Humans.
This is all rather unreasonable and while it may inflame a heart of two
(Marsupial or Human) souls in particular are not definable. And, in the books, ‘heartansoulanmind’
really means one’s essence that may or not be immortal. The machinery may have
a point but it has no passion and without passion one cannot show or
demonstrate the use of one’s soul. This is my thought at the moment. We can see
the heart demonstrated in both species but how is the soul demonstrated in
Marsupial, Human or Machinery?

1719 hours. This Pouch has to be
thought out more.
2117 hours. I have about 420
words on Pouch 11 and have to condense 947 more to complete the segment. It is
coming along.
Carol’s homemade vegetable soup for supper
then after the news you watched “Elementary” and “Blacklist”. - Amorella
2120 hours. Why is this
important, it has nothing to do with the book?
