Notes - yesterday and today /

                                                           14 June 2016

Afternoon. The boys are playing on their iPads. Kim and Paul are sitting in chairs under a large yellow umbrella on the beach. Carol is reading in the living room with the boys. You are in the bedroom sitting in an outdoor chair and working the MacAir on an outside white table overlooking the grand green hued Gulf of Mexico while listening to the Beatles on your Pandora ‘Traveling Wilburys’ station.

1412 hours. “Come together, right now, over me” so sing the once Fab Four. Such is our life in Madeira Beach in the present.

Mid-afternoon. Kim and Paul are taking the boys out to the beach/pool.

1627 hours. After a half hour chat you are back and Carol is six feet away getting some sun on the balcony – lots of sun and placid waters this afternoon. No music, just the whir of the bedroom ceiling fan.

A good time to work on Dewdrop, boy. – Amorella

       1632 hours. Fine with me.

15 June 2016

Mid-morning. Everyone has had breakfast. The boys and Paul are playing a game and Carol and Kim are reading the morning St. Petersburg Times. You are waiting for the Fitbit to charge and everyone is waiting on Bill who will be over after his medical appointments at the Vets, here in St. Pete. Among other lingering problems from being an active Marine in Vietnam – Agent Orange. When you first met Bill after he and Linda were married was in his fifth grade classroom in Tampa. – Amorella

0946 hours. Bill had a wonderful classroom, full of all kinds of small living critters for observations. He was a great teacher and stayed in elementary schools as an administrator his entire career. He still volunteers at the local school near their house. He is a dedicated professional when it comes to kids, now through coaching.

Bill swam in the pool with everyone this morning after the hospital visit. When he left to work on his gardening you left for lunch at Dockside Dave’s. After which the boys played on their iPads. Tonight supper again with Bill and Jean and perhaps Jen – Conch Republic is the destination (as of now). You finished chapter four of Elon Musk while Carol was working on her email. She’s a third through The Last Juror by Grisham and you are back here. Such is another family day in Madeira Beach. – Amorella

1605 hours. I didn’t complete the editing work on Dewdrop. Now is a good time. It is quiet, plus I had a needed nap from earlier forty minutes exercises as well as leg exercising in the pool.

1656 hours. Bill called they are on their way over for supper. I haven’t finished with August 09 in Dewdrop but I am close. Hope to complete it tonight.

2121 hours. I just posted the edited Notes of August 25 – 31, 2009 on Dewdrop. I want to say ‘spiritual’ or ‘metaphysical’ Notes but ‘spiritual themed’ or ‘metaphysically themes’ Notes reads more accurately even though it is also wordier. It also reads ‘presumptuous and arrogant’ between the lines.

Leave it as ‘edited Notes’ boy because that is what it is. – Amorella

2133 hours. I have not yet looked at the September notes for editing. Should I only do a post with so many days and no more? Do I need a standard in this sense of days and posts?

#Rule: no more than ten days on a single post. – Amorella

       Thank you.

Tonight, as last night, you took photos of the sunset. You are disappointed in their caliber so far. You also watched the end of the newest Star Wars. Paul, the boys, Carol and you have seen it before. Kim had not. Everyone enjoyed the film, the boys especially. – Amorella

2145 hours. It is so much fun watching Brennan and Owen watching the film; even though they had seen it before both had large eyes and full attention on the screen. Owen in particular knows the names of many of the characters already. He reminds me of Kim at his age. Brennan knows fewer characters but he has the main ones. Earlier this Spring they began watching the first six films. We had the same excitement when we first saw the films years ago. I like how a good story continues to live in the minds of the viewers or readers – most awesome.
