Evening. You had a busy day. Paul had the
boys in the morning for golf camp (which ends Friday) and tonight they had Jujitsu
before supper (Chinese takeout). You stopped by Cathy and Tod’s and had a
family chat for two hours since Fritz could not meet for lunch today. Tentatively,
you will have lunch with Fritz on Friday, if Paul gets off work. Tomorrow
though you get the boys breakfast, drop Brennan off at daycare about
eight-forty and then drop Owen off at Golf Camp at nine. You will stay at the
park, working at a picnic table in the shade and/or working in the public
library next door (the golf lessons are at Library Park in Powell). Afterwards,
lunch at Wendy’s then you and Owen are going to hand out for the afternoon
until time to pick up Brennan at four-thirty. Tomorrow night Paul is at a
community soccer meeting and is taking the boys along since the meeting is at a
park and both boys will be playing in the fall soccer league. That’s the plan. Paul
said Carol and Kim landed while you were at Cathy and Tod’s in Jamaica and are
at the resort where the wedding will take place according to her text. All is
well. – Amorella

hours. Owen and Brennan’s little friend and neighbor, Annabelle, came by and
said hello while they were playing inside and out this evening. She is three
and is as cute as cute can be. She is a good reminder of how it was raising Kim
as comparison with their raising two boys. Both spent the evening also battling
each other and then their father with light sabers – this is after watching the
latest Star Wars film one more time. Actually, Owen and Paul did a pretty good
job in their several three to five minute fencing duels. Brennan was less
tactical in the battles but made up for it with brute force. They were fun to
watch. Each time we see them we can see more development both physical and
mental. Very cool being grandparents.
Dusk. I completed the October 2009 dialogues and published them tonight on Dewdrop. This is good therapy for me – a feeling of satisfaction that I have really gained substantial self reflection from these notes over the years. - rho
