You
awoke thinking of two of your father’s oldest and best friends, Seth Borden and
Bob Frasier. Art Gorsuch also comes to your mind. All were fisherman as was
your father. – Amorella
1122
hours. He had some iconic ‘fisherman’ attached to the corners of his coffin; I
assume that was his wish. Interesting that the names come up from memory like
this. I liked all three men while growing up. They appeared to me as real
people, that is, they were what-you-see-is-what-you-get. I guess my father was
like that too. Oddly enough, maybe I am too. Strange that I never have thought
this before, or at least I don’t remember doing so. In any case, I am no
fisherman.
You fish for words. – Amorella
1130
hours. Not usually out of context, Amorella
1358
hours. I have been working on Dewdrop I am suddenly at a loss as to whether
some of the text is spiritual. Most doesn’t appear so to me.
You brought Piada Street Italian home for
lunch, then, headed to the Black Barn in Lebanon for your first corn on the cob
(for supper tonight). Carol bought half a dozen and a small seedless solid
green watermelon. You finished your half of the watermelon and found it quite
good and sweet. Carol has the rest of hers to eat later. – Amorella
1636
hours. It is hot outside and I’m in need of a nap but I doubt that is going to
take place. Maybe I’m coming down with a cold. It is amazing how much a small
half melon can fill me up. – Paul
says that a doctor friend of his says they’ll take that band out because it’s
been around your stomach too long. I’m surprised. I thought he was kidding at
first. First, we have to wait and see what this test shows this coming
Wednesday morning.
Paul said this at lunch on Thursday but you
are now recognizing the point with a fuller stomach. – Amorella
1647
hours. Your words don’t say it but I detect some sarcasm within your word lines
above.
It suddenly dawned on you boy that the
closest to a vision you are going to get are your imaginary marsupial-humanoid
friends. Why don’t you just admit this? – Amorella
1700
hours. It was not a vision, only desperate imagination.
2252 hours. I completed Dialogue 10 (early
November, 2009) and dropped it in Dewdrop.
What have you learned from this? – Amorella
2254
hours. Surprisingly, that I had accepted this Encounters in Mind blog as a
focus on my spirituality early on. To remain honest to myself in my fiction, I
decided that what It wrote I could, in theory, recite the novels to an Angel of
G-D after being asked, “Who are you?” This way I would be honest, face to face with an Angel (hypothetically).
Why not just say your name? – Amorella
2302
hours. Good point, a surprisingly good point. Rather foolish of me not to think this.
