       You had your blood test earlier this morning and you have been working on insurance policies to make sure they are updated. Also, you have to make an appointment to see Fritz about making sure your will is updated and correct and is set to best benefit Carol and Kim when the time comes. - Amorella 

       1248 hours. It is amazing to find we have a couple of small policies we haven't thought about in years. -- Anyway, that is done and taken care of. I will see F- for lunch on Thursday -- really looking forward to that since it's been about six months because we were traveling. I'll set up a lawyer meeting time after I see him. I, we, have never had another lawyer than F-. Wow. Carol just gave me half a Jennifer cookie from Cleveland's On the Rise. What a treat. She nuked it from frozen. Tastes like it was just baked. I keep mixing up the cookies. The Jennifer's are better but the Everything cookies are good too (another eastside Cleveland bakery). Carol is up getting dressed to go out, so its errands and lunch or the other way around. Maybe we can work on chapter four later.

NOTICE - As of 1 January 2017 Richard is presently re-writing his 2001 book, Stuck into a novel demonstrating consciousness as a connection between the metaphysical and the physical. The main character is the Soki, who now plays a greater role than in the original work. This new story, Soki's Choice is from Soki's perspective not from the human and marsupial humanoids' perspectives in the original. - Amorella, Richard's inner writer.

This is the Soki. I am a Betweener; I exist between the spirit world and a multiple of physical universes in this book and another. I understand functions, separations between Spirit Reality and Physical Reality. This book is about how I, the Soki, view what is real and what is not. I feel it is time to share what I know and understand about how it is to exist consciously in no matter what form either spiritually or physically. Consciousness is what we have in common. I have no choice but to stick with reality in both Forms -- Spiritual and Physical. Book-wise, I am presenting my character in a more broadminded manner than Thornton Wilder's Stage Manager in Our Town. Read Soki's Choice to observe hints on how it is existing two-dimensionally between the Living and the Dead. You may find there is more to living than you think or imagine.

       2033 hours. We may have ice between 2 and 7 tomorrow morning and I have to see Dr. - in Anderson Township in the morning. I will leave about 8:10 as my appointment is at 9:15 just in case there are problems. So, to bed earlier tonight. Time to listen to some music and be to bed within an hour.
