Mid-afternoon. The Cooks had their reunion yesterday noon in Westerville and the gathering went well. People gathered again at seven at Graeter's for desserts and this morning at Cracker Barrel at Rt. 36 and I-71 in Delaware County; again, a good time for those attending.  You arrived home before one this afternoon. Carol and Linda are currently running errands and perhaps shopping while you sit at home with Jadah and Spooky. -- Carol and Linda just came in as you were folding towels. Later. - Amorella

1513 hours. I should have time to do some 'research' this week. I'm sure Carol and Linda will be off doing things and enjoying time together as they get along well and always have from what I remember. Linda was 13 when I became acquainted. I think she'll be 65 this Fall. Carol's 70 and I'm 75. Ten years is right because my sister Gretchen turned 65 this last April and Cathy turned 70 in June.

You have eight ears of farm bought corn you husked,  and the water is heating on the stove. Linda had some fresh corn when she was up at Tiffin seeing her friends college friend, Patty and her husband, Howard. - Amorella

1553 hours. I'm looking forward to some too.

The corn was quite good. You three watched a "Midsomer Murders", NBC News, and last Thursday's abbreviated version of "Saturday Night Live". The ladies are reading for relaxation before bed. - Amorella

After reading a recent BBC article about trees and happiness you wonder how it is that roots can grow so strong and tall and how it is that people, though naturally rootless, also grow skyward. Later. Post. - Amorella
