Notes - lunch with Rich / F-F.18 /

The pills for your lungs and throat make you sleepy so after breakfast and the paper you came upstairs to either nap or work on the computer. You napped. You awoke after eleven and received a text from Rich G. that he was waiting at the Mexican restaurant. As such you scurried about and were out the door within five minutes at most. You had a good lunch and talk and picked up the tab vowing you would see each other again but sooner. You thought the lunch was Monday and it still is with Bud. You are looking forward to it also. You can be caught up with both. After lunch you stopped home to get the lawn mower for a summer tune up. Carol went along and you stopped at Graeter's for her free birthday Sundae. You split a turtle sundae with all the trimmings. The day appears as one in  mid-March, very pleasant with a hint of Spring, even the slight breeze is from the warmer southwest.  - Amorella

1547 hours. I am hoping Rich will come up sometimes as he already has another friend, Fred, in the area. "He's a retired academic," is how Rich describes him. So seeing Rich when we leave, will be fine.

You just finished chapter eighteen of Fire and Fury and were listening to Lawrence  O’Donnell as he was interviewing Michael Wolff, who seems a little miffed with Lawrence spending time on who Trump's secret WH lover is. You find it amusing that when Wolff was talking about Bannon in the interview this is the chapter you just finished. - Amorella

2226 hours. Chapter Eighteen does focus on Bannon and how he and his few political friends were essential enemies of Jared and Ivanka and their political friends. Bannon seemed to be the only one who saw the political reality as it really was and he was afraid it was going to get a lot worse not better. To Bannon Trump's worst enemy was Trump. This certainly does seem like fiction today, but we'll have to wait and see. Is Trump going to fire Mueller? We found out yesterday that he ordered Mueller fired last June but it was not carried out. Obstruction of justice demands intent. The book is not far from the today's news, I'll give that to Michael Wolff, sure sounds like nonfiction to me. I am looking forward to the next chapter read, which is titled "Mika Who?".

Carol has fallen asleep sitting up in bed. Jadah is comfortably stretched out on her upper thighs. Time to turn off her light and TV and your light. Don't forget to take her glasses off. - Amorella

2242 hours. It is time for bed but I'm not ready. I'll sit in the chair and listen to some music on Pandora for a while.
