Saturday
morning. A stop at the bank before it
closes is coming up. You have both been enjoying the company of Ellie, Jadah
and Spooky -- a mutual affection society meeting of minds and fur. Kim, Paul
and the boys are in Calhoun, Georgia and heading south happy they missed the
snow in Cincinnati. Your passions are being recharged from the inside out, boy.
I'd thank your Muse for that. - Amorella
1059 hours. It doesn't seem proper to capitalize
muse, Amorella; it appears awkward to see this in print.
Look who is calling the kettle black. - Amorella
1101 hours. Time to go. Later.
You are
thinking that you need a definition of 'muse' and I agree. - Amorella
1136 hours. I don't know that I was going to
do anything about the thought, Amorella.
You appear to be a timid man, a Clark Kent,
if you will, but you are not.
1138 hours. I am no Superman.
No, you are not, but you are unclear within
about how it is with Laney as your muse suddenly re-arisen. So, what do you do.
You return to study the classic relationships between the artist and his muse.
- Amorella
1142 hours. You did not capitalize muse
above.
This is because Laney is capitalized, as she
should be. She is your Muse, your guide, as it were, into areas of
heartansoulanmind shared unconsciously, i.e. Laney's spirit lights your creative heart.
- Amorella
1752 hours. That she does.
You each had a piece of leftover cheese
pizza for supper and are presently at Kroger Marketplace at Lewis Center Road
and Route 23 otherwise known as Columbus Pike.
1755 hours. This is where we will buy most of
our groceries and pharmaceuticals, it's a bit further than the north Kroger's
in Westerville and the one on Polaris across from the shopping center but it is
far less crowded plus the car division lines in the parking area are wider. Earlier
we drove to Westerville for a couple of donuts from Schneider's then drove around
the corridor from 3'C's Highway (Route 3, State Street Westerville) out on
Freeman Road and over to Africa Road just south of Sunbury Road to get Carol
oriented to the nearby roads east of Enclave at the Lakes a small subdivision
of some forty ranch-like homes on a hillside at Sanctuary at the Lakes where
you have to enter from Africa Road. I doubt we'll much go to Uptown Westerville
much except for Graeter's or Schneider's Bakery and to see friends and
relatives of course.
Your underlying thoughts lean towards your
consciously renewing 'muse relationship' and the connection between heartansoulanmind
and the unconscious, the level where time and location have no apparent distinction
at the conscious level. To you it is similar to the quantum state of being in
two places at the same time. People usually filter this through the emotion of
love but you feel friendship is of a higher value than love at this level. Deep
friendship is the conduit, the shell for such a state of mental existence. -
Amorella
1817 hours. Two physical bodies being
unconsciously connected via heartansoulanmind, that is my present interest. This
higher purpose has to be spiritual, that is the invisible holding of hands, as
it were, in the encasement of being more completely human.
You assume a spiritual venture is more
highly purposeful than a physical adventure; this is not only arrogant but
unfounded. Without procreation where would humanity be? - Amorella
1823 hours. Life is complicated Amorella.
Perhaps spiritual is the wrong word. Naturally human might better fit. A human life may be lived simply if the wholeness is one's humanity. I need to better define what humanity really is. The focus should be on being friends with one another. Perhaps 'friendship' needs to be more simply defined within the context of heartansoulanmind.
Home from the grocery. You are in Kim's
office sitting at her desk facing east out the double French doors into the
dining room across the entrance hall. A large double window is to your left,
mostly full book shelves fill the south wall to your right and you have three
high windows to the west. The room is framed with stained wood at base and
ceiling as well as around the paneled glass laden doors. Very nice, you think,
with the large screened Apple computer screen at the far left corner of the
desk, a series of stickered notes attached below and two small piles of papers
on the right side of the office desk with a focus on her friends' business: "the telos institute where the world's
leaders in business and industry come to hone their leadership skills, optimize
their business strategy and embrace change as a strategic advantage." Kim
is first director, assessments and surveys
at the telos institute. - Amorella
