Notes - sabbath means to rest, close enough

Dusk has begun. The car is ready and most everything will be packed in before bed. - Amorella

I am feeling much more on top of the situation.

2254 hours. The car is packed and we are about ready for bed. Up early and out of here no later than 0630. Always exciting going to Florida, every year since we returned from Brazil in 1972. Miss those palm trees and semi-tropical flowers and foliage.

You were looking to BBC Science for info on news about Mars set for a conference on Monday, at least according to NBC tonight. Your mind is working its way to 'normal' with a focus on objectivity and science. There will be things to think about on the trip. You have your voice recorder take a couple batteries for it during your "sabbatical". - Amorella

I just looked it up "a period of paid leave granted to a college teacher for study or travel, traditionally every seventh year". I never taught college and being retired I have no paid leave.

The "archaic of or appropriate to the sabbath", or so says your Oxford-American software. Sabbath from the Hebrew sabbat from sabat meaning 'to rest'. You are going to relax. Close enough. Enjoy your drive, dude. - Amorella
