Mid-morning. Carol made pancakes and bacon
for breakfast. As you were sitting at the table Paul called to say hello. He
mentioned that he talked with Duke, also an anesthesiologist who is married to
Kim’s second cousin who is a surgeon. She is Uncle John’s granddaughter. They
presently live and practice in North Carolina. The boys are watching PBS and
eventually you will head to the park to feed the ducks and play on their
equipment. – Amorella
0946 hours. It is busy around here
toys and other childhood paraphernalia are scattered about. The noise level is
more tolerable than yesterday. I am just not used to little kids. Being four
Owen is more personable. Two and a half year old Brennan is what he is at the
moment. He can be quite polite and he does have a sweet shyness to him but tries
not to show it. He speaks well when he wants to, putting a six or seven words
sentence together grammatically correctly. Roughhousing is par for the course. Both
should grow into fine boys. The
sky is blue. Kim is upstairs getting ready. I assume we will be going to the park soon.
1122 hours.
We are at the park playground; Kim and the boys are with the equipment. Carol
took the other car to pick up a loaf of bread to feed the ducks, and with
Carol’s arrival they do. (1402) – After time at Pine Hill Lakes we had lunch at
Olive Garden – a pleasant lunch until Brennan had a behavior problem so I took
him to the car and I talked a little. Eventually he stopped crying and all is
fine with the world once again. We are home and he and Kim are taking a needed
nap. Owen can egg his brother on a bit from time to time but that works both
ways. Today it is a tie so far. Overall though considering their ages, they are
good boys. We are glad they are here for a visit. The afternoon has suddenly
become much quieter. Very pleasant. I always loved the public library.
Now if it is possible without too much
trouble to put this on your Facebook page then you do not need a Facebook ‘Like’
page. Post. - Amorella

realize it.
