Mid-morning. While Carol has been washing
clothes you have been dusting and sweeping the living room. Carol is getting
ready for a walk.
Almost
noon. You are outside Famous Footwear at the VOA Centre waiting for Carol to
buy some new walking shoes. Her favorite pair is worn out and she wants to
break in a new pair before the trip.
1154 hours. The winds are picking up
and it is completely cloudy; it may rain, I would not be surprised. Time to
work on Pouch 5.
1603
hours. I completed Pouch 5, or at least I appear to have done so.
Not so easy to do, boy, but it is on the
money, so to speak. Post. Your Internet service or computer does not appear to
be working properly. Try later. – Amorella
Left over soup for supper and carrots.
You watched “Legends” and it will probably be your last; Carol left because of
the graphic violence and when the show was over you didn’t feel so good about
it yourself. It went beyond your measure of entertainment. – Amorella
The “24” series had some violence but
this went further. Perhaps in our older age we have seen enough of this type of
entertainment and see no reason to view more. I could watch “Under the Dome”
then I’ll be caught up. Next week there will be fewer shows except for PBS; we
are looking forward to watching the Roosevelt series. We have “Breathless” to
catch up with and next Sunday’s “Manhattan” to watch but mostly that’s it.
The Dead segment five will continue to focus
on Merlyn speaking with Socrates. – Amorella
2107 hours. This is a surprise. I
thought we were going to move on from Socrates to Ezekiel.
Why? - Amorella
I don’t know. Both were in book one and I assume both will continue in book two.
Post.
