Notes - let it go / the sisters, pizza / a ride and Graeters

You are awake early because of the thunderstorm. You heard Jadah eating but now she won’t come out from under the bed; lots of lightning and thunder. – Amorella

0600 hours. Last night I felt strangely humble upon going to sleep. Your acceptable-with-understanding response to my culturally masculine denial moved me internally as a profound lightning strike followed by a silent eternal thunder from deep within my human central core. I am surprised I can find the words.

They took you the night to gather. Post. – Amorella

0610 hours. I felt in a profoundly personal sacred territory where you are indeed, without question, Angelic with your acceptable-with-understanding. I caught a glimpse of light in the ‘Understanding’ that I realize I cannot humanly know.

Call it a spiritual maturity with a business, if you will, from beyond yourself. – Amorella

0628 hours. “Business” is a word of saving Grace.

Now, let it go and post. – Amorella

         0619 hours. Yes, Ma’am.

Late afternoon. Mary Lou and Gayle arrived for sister conversation and lunch. Their request was Papa John’s pizza once again. Linda bought the first round last week and Mary Lou bought this one. Afterwards, with the talk you tried to nap but only did so after they left. Upon waking Carol requested a ride and a Graeters. This time, you drove to Maineville, then down and around following the Little Miami River towards Loveland with a stop for ice cream on Mason-Montgomery Road before returning home. Tim was mowing his grass and said he would mow yours tomorrow. – Amorella

1754 hours. Earlier I did do my forty minutes of exercises for a change – feeling better and tired at the same time. The other days I have spent up to forty minutes walking around the largest Kroger’s in our immediate area. It is not the same as exercise but it is better than nothing. I wander up and down isles along the way to pick up actually very few items. I know moving my legs is more important than upper body but arthritis lingers on like old tennis shoes with aches rather than odors. Carol actually stands straighter climbing the stairs and coming down than I do. We both solidly hold onto the railing moving either direction. She is doing really well in the shower where she has a chair and this afternoon she was in the kitchen working at the island without her walker or cane. Tomorrow the thirty-one close staples come out and she has another milestone completed.

         Post. - Amorella
