Mid-afternoon. Carol is home from her
luncheon and is going through the mail. You had bowl of baked beans with two
turkey wieners and some Fritos for lunch while watching a latter episode of the
fourth season of “X-Files”. Then you watched most of the documentary titled, The
Bomb, a two-hour presentation from PBS on Amazon. – You spent the rest of the afternoon at
The Tile Shop picking out tile for the hall bathroom and passing the estimate
on to contractor, Larry. - Amorella
Your bedtime.
You have nothing to say today. Why is this? – Amorella

hours. I’m tired, Amorella. I did not have a nap today and according to Fitbit
I slept less than two hours last night. It didn’t record my ‘restless' or
light sleep – I usually have two hours or so of light sleep and three hours of ‘real’
sleep according to Fitbit measurements. Two of my three skin tags did fall off
today so Paul did a good job with them, the other should fall off tomorrow or
the next day. I have one more day of exercise – tomorrow, then, I take Saturday
off and am ready to go again for another five days starting Sunday. I am very
pleased with my program and I love having the stats for each forty minutes (or
so) session. Also, I enjoyed watching most of The Bomb today, especially since
we are watching this season’s “Manhattan” now. We did not begin it because it
stopped after four episodes in the Fall, but since we can get the other episodes on Amazon
for two dollars each, we are going to do so. What an interesting time that was
in American and world history. The world is an interesting place. Reality
(whatever that is in its totality) is interesting too.
