Notes - a lot of material in here today / I am learning something / I like this

Mid-afternoon. Carol is on her walk at Rose Hill, you are facing west waiting in the semi-shade cattycornered from the Whitaker mausoleum. You had lunch, with Jen as your long time server, at Longhorn’s, a tradition after Carol gives blood at Hoxworth.  – Amorella

1430 hours. I just got yesterday’s joke, ‘an honest self-appraisal’ does not necessarily equal a true one.

It is an inside joke, boy. – Amorella

1433 hours. Do you want me to attempt yesterday’s assignment? I’m well rested, did my exercises and had a good refreshing bath earlier. (I love this upgraded air-bubbler tub.)

Carol has more yardwork  when you arrive home. Why don’t you gather the leaves on the deck while she tends to other chores. – Amorella

1436 hours. I thought about blowing them off the deck earlier but figured she would be upset because they would still have to be picked up. There are not that many more leaves. I’d just let them blow away this time of year. We don’t think alike in terms of late fall leaves. The Deerfield Township fellows are working, there must have been a funeral at the south end – this place will be full in a decade. Shoot, I could easily add to the pile in Otterbein by the end of the decade. Our President-to-be may be the last one I’ll ever know. For me he could be the last Trump. This is just plain funny, not even associated with a thin dark curtain of surrounding humor.

You have been working on the deck leaves and others as well as putting watering hoses down for winter. Carol is still raking as it is windy and tomorrow will be worse as well as much colder. You think this will be the last of good Fall days. – Amorella

       1605 hours. I’m tired.

You had more chores and errands and are now at Kroger’s on Mason-Montgomery. Carol wanted to get some more things as the cold front is coming in about eleven and by morning the high will be in the forties rather than seventies. You have decided to see “Arrival” in the morning. The local paper gives it a four out of four rating. The ‘necessaries’ from Kroger’s include Fritos, Doritos and microwave buttered popcorn. Neither of you is hungry as you each had a kid’s cup Graeter’s before arriving at the grocery. – Amorella

1744 hours. Late dusk and I have the windows open as well as the sunroof. Awesome weather. I guess we’ll spend time with the TV tonight. We still have lots of shows to catch up on, but the best of the new ones is “Designated Survivor”. Very much the viewer rush we you to get with “24”. I cannot imagine what the Dead must do for entertainment. Old Mark Twain used to say he would be bored to death in Heaven. I can’t imagine Hell being very entertaining either. Maybe we could sit around with friends and reminisce on the old Seinfeld series. That would be fun. I’ll bet six or seven fans could sit around and pick their way through each thirty minute segment of the series. That would be good fun even now. Then after picking through the show, watching it to see if the group forgot anything important on such a non-important show. I’ll bet there are some people out there who could write down the entire script of some of those noteworthy pieces of entertainment. (1756)

Shut it down for now, boy, or check your email. – Amorella

Carol finished Longhorn chicken plus strawberries, etc. salad for supper; you had a piece of wheat bread, crunchy peanut butter with raisins on top and a cherry coke Zero with Fritos. You watched two and a half hours of delayed TV, she’s talking to Kim about Thanksgiving. You are wondering what’s next. – Amorella

2051 hours. Do you want me to mark the outline? I realize you put it together but as it is from my ‘heartansoulanmind’ I should be able to decipher which is which.

       As you wish. – Amorella

2055 hours. I should have known, but didn’t. Unbelievable.

2109 hours. I answered each. Should I add with the response underlined?

Yes. Also number each thought then add here. – Amorella

Soki’s Address [Outlined] and Noted

1.      I am the Soki, a being of fortitude within the casement of humanity like the quiet susurration consciousness people ‘hear within’ from time to time; however, I exist in the unconscious realms. I am rarely heard and never seen outright.
Soul

2. Like the quiet rustle in one’s moral consciousness, I the Soki whisper best when a person listens closely to the fine line between what is real and what is not.
Heart

3. The unconscious, you see, fine-tunes consciousness, and this can bring a quick, ever so small wry smile to the unconscious face; a smile hardly detected by the casual observer of human nature and sometimes hardly even revealed to one’s conscious self unless one is quietly listening to what is visually murmuring in the still features on an outward mirror.
Mind

4. The Soki knows one’s real humanity inside out. This is who I the Soki am.
Soul

5.      I am a potential experience that exists in every human, but where if not the heart, soul or heart? Humanity, as such, is alien to the physical world.
Heart

6. Humanity interacts with a higher level of self-aware consciousness that can be observed in all forms of life where self-awareness includes empathy, a reaching out of one’s self in understanding and kindness. One can witness such in their pets such as cats, dogs as well as wild animals towards one another and when interacting with humans.
Heart

7. One can find all sorts of examples on the Internet. If a person can come to accept herorhimself as alien, then it is easier to accept others of the same or similar species as alien also.
Mind

8. There are no strangers in strange lands where I exist. Humanity is an evolving addition of kindness to self-awareness, empathy and higher consciousness.
Heart

9. Where is this place that kindness flourishes?
Soul

10.    Alien humanity is in an alternate dimension, a stretch between time and free of space above consciousness.
Mind

11. Think of it as any small Medieval college campus, not a university that is spread over a few acres, lots of trees, grass, sporadic clusters of flowers and; this is a delightfully calm setting.
Heart

12. On the front of the college stands a three floor stone building laden with ivy on the left side, and on the right side are pea vines with white flowers.
Mind

13. The front of the building shows off the granite stone blocks. The windows are Medieval narrow and on each side of the building are twin turrets and near the roofline flourishes. The slanted roof is a dark blue.
Mind

14. The landscape is similarly pleasant and open spaced, particularly behind the somewhat large stone building with two turrets, one on either side.
Heart

15. The campus atmosphere is that of an ancient cemetery with various sized trees growing where gravestones might otherwise be carefully placed.
Soul

16.    This is a location built on kindness and respect, not love. Love is reserved for heart or soul but not both at once.
Soul

17.    Back beyond Humanities’ building are four other lesser buildings also of stone with similar narrow windows.
Mind

18. Each outer building is one floor in height with the same slant on the dark blue roof. Behind and beyond the five buildings of campus are trees, grass, flowers and walkway is a large open grassy field.
Mind

19. Where the field ends is smaller stone building similar to the others and after walking through is an open gate. Some people stop and turn back while others blissfully walk on through.
Soul

20. All this is in an alternate dimension of doorways without the intrusion of a single door, a stretch between time and a dimension free of space above the touch of consciousness.
Soul

21. To the Living this place does not exist. “After all,” smiles the Soki, “Why would it?”
Soul

22.    The purpose of what I call this campus, Humanity Central, is to be a buffer before the Dead move on. Thornton Wilder describes this in a line in Act III of Our Town; the ‘they’ in this quotation is in reference to the Dead: “Aren't they waitin', for the eternal part in them to come out clear?”

Mind

23.    The eternal part comes out clear once you pass the Gateway beyond Humanity Campus. This is where I speak from, the Gateway beyond physical death and before walking naked into Eternity.

Heart

24. This book is about an extraordinary development where two alien species with humanity meet and learn more about what it is to become more fully human.

Heart

25. I will show this story through the discoveries and events of several people; all are alien whether they recognize it or not. “I, the Soki, exist and so does the Gateway.”

Soul

26.    Humanity Central is a way station for at least two universes so for simplicity’s sake I’ll leave it at two. From my perspective both are alien universes, that is, both have biochemical creatures that have developed consciousness with humanity.

Mind

27. Specifically, an alternate Earth very similar to your modern day Earth; however, in 1988 almost everyone in that alien Earth world died within a day.

Heart

28.    Only a handful of people survived in this alien Earth on 14 June 1988 and one of them is a fellow named Mexito who lived in South Africa at the time. Mexito was the only survivor on the African continent. Today, in 2016, he lives near Washington D.C. in sight of the Smithsonian complex.

Mind

29.    In 1988 he was quite a shock to discover everyone dead after he woke up from a most peaceful night’s sleep. He thought he must be the most cursed man in the world – to be alone. Within a few days of quiet, no humanity but his own voice, he heard the whispering voice of his unconscious.

Mind

30. Thinking the strange voice a miracle he shouted, “Saki!” [SawKey!] to all the accompanying dogs without masters, and that became my name to him. Mexito immediately explained to his long and short tailed companions that, “Thee Soki is a friend in my head and he be someone I can be talking to besides you kind, lonely dog friends.”

Heart

31. I, the Soki, had always been attached but how was Mexito to know that. If there hadn’t been all that silence he would have never heard me.

Heart

32.    Mexito gave me up after he met Friendly, who he immediately thought was an Angel. He didn’t have anything else to give her so he gave her the most unique precious thing he had discovered, me, the Soki.

Soul

33. I allowed this under the difficult and unorthodox circumstances in which he and Friendly found themselves.

Soul

34.    I secretly left a part of myself within Mexito because I like him for who he is. I also wanted Friendly to gain a deeper unconscious sense of who and what alien humanity from Earth was like. That Is a gift that Mexito could not give.

Heart

35. Friendly and her friend, Captain Fargo, both humanoid marsupials, had come to help prevent the calamity that had befallen most Earthlings, but they arrived, needless to say, too late.

Mind
***

36.    Eventually, Friendly also gives up a part of herself, her humanity that had inherited me, the Soki, to Diplomat, a young hybrid, a mix the marsupial humanoid, Yermey and the Earthling, Pyl, who is Blake’s sister and wife of Justin Burroughs.

Heart

37. I found these interchanging experiences interesting because I too was broadened by humanity in two alternate universes – a very lonely human male miner, Mexito, in South Africa in universe B, a confident middle aged female marsupial-humanoid, Friendly, and a young hybrid of both species in universe A, Diplomat.

Soul

38. Empirical evidence; arc myths and dreams, particularly dreams; proof of collective unconscious found in synchronicity, archetype.

Mind

39. Then move to higher consciousness that includes the spiritual and physical connections of the Living with the Dead of both species of higher humanity.

Mind

40. Moving towards both a conclusion and an introduction, I, the Soki, need to instill a truth about humanity that is seldom spoken.

Mind

41. Science, genetics in particular, has shown in recent years that Homo sapiens have incorporated at least two earlier species, the better known Neanderthals and the Denisovans.

Mind

42. Many Homo sapiens have one or both earlier species within their genetic makeup. This story is really little different from the earlier ones but it takes this journey a step or two further from birth through physical death of two separate species, galactic cousins actually, and their consequential spiritual release through a hitherto unknown and invisible doorway to serve a broader based humanity that understands the differences of being heartfelt, being soul-felt and being mind-felt and thus solidifying the common human element, seed really, of heartansoulanmind that is transposed from the physical to the spiritual in an instant without end.

Soul

43. How can such an event be plausible when science cannot account for it? It is basic grammar. You are given a proper name and when you die you are left with an antecedent. It’s as simple as that.

Heart

44. The problem lies in the hinterland where the proper noun must learn to agree with the antecedent.

Mind

2137 hours. I have completed this task. It appears interesting but I see no meaning to it. Should the lines be shuffled so that souls are first, hearts are second and minds are third (something of that sort)?

No, but we are going on the assumption that the soul lines are more important than the heart and that the heart lines are more important than the mind. – Amorella

2141 hours. This appears counter-intuitive. The heart always comes first, the mind second and the soul third because it is further away from the earthly reality. We humans generally follow our heart first, that is after we realize what our hearts want or need; then we reason and hope our souls will be settled by our decisions. That’s what I try to do in any case. Teaching as a profession was following my heart first. Marrying Carol was following my heart first.

What about your friends over the years? – Amorella

2146 hours. It’s been a mix. My mind may have been attracted to another’s mind but after a time some of these people moved into my heart others did not. A very few moved into my soul. This is my perspective after a lifetime. – rho

Tomorrow you plan to see the film “Arrival”. Enjoy your evening. Post. – Amorella

2150 hours. I don’t see if anything has been accomplished here with the Outline. I don’t see the relevance as to whether a thought comes from heart or soul or mind. Soki’s Choice appears to be a novel like any other of mine. These points do mean something to me personally if they are valid; but even then, this is subjective, and even if I can keep most of these heart soul mind sequences uniform so that people might see there is a validity, that is my judgment is standard, what does that mean? I think I can do this – develop a standard for the differences from soul to heart to mind – it seems to me it is not much different from grading students’ essay material. I know an A from a B and a B from a C. My criteria is built in from 37 years of teaching. If I have the soul represented by an A; a heart represented by a B; and a mind represented by a C. I can do this. After a time I can write down what a soul shows, and a heart, and a mind in intent and timelessness.

Now you are getting somewhere, young man. You are developing an understanding that will underline Soki’s Choice in a different manner. Post. - Amorella
