Notes - clever / definitions?

       After noon. Busy morning. Dr. M. gave a prescription for twenty caps of tramadol with no refills. Back in 2011when you had the prescription filled you got 60 caps with three refills, plus the written prescription looks like a full page bank check rather than the small prescription form you have seen throughout your lifetime. You threw out the old pills but have a notion to gather them up and put them away in case you might need them. Carol said you only have five days' worth at four a day. You had a McDonald breakfast about an hour ago and the plan is left over meatloaf for supper. About the time Jill leaves from housecleaning Carol has a hair appointment. Such is your day. - Amorella

       You had your nap and supper; watched NBC News, "Madam Secretary" and "This Old House Hour" on the DVR. You took your first Tramadol at supper and by now are feeling only a little better with more rounded pains than sharp. Dr. M. suggested having a X-ray on your left leg to make sure you don't have a blood clot. You are asking Paul what he thinks tomorrow when you are up for the night.        2149 hours. While napping, I was thinking that chapter five might have a change of pace as far as the Soki is concerned -- a different point of view establishes or a different take on metaphysics and physics or on the 'being' of Betweening. How is that -- a tightrope for a human, but for a Betweener? Is consciousness alone a life form or basically a 'sense-of-being'? What happens when Soki runs into the computer intense consciousness? What constitutes a computer heart and mind? Such matters are still spirit-like because there is no physical form whether from a mechanical apparatus or from a biochemical body. (2200)
