Nearly
bedtime, or at least you feel that way. You and Carol had a good day. You
arrived to the M/I meeting a few minutes early as did Kim. Your realtor arrived
as did Jim A. your construction supervisor. - Amorella

hours. Jim has been with M/I Homes for thirty years. He built houses like the
one we are living in. He speaks in similar friendly and reassuring tones as
Bill X. our first M/I supervisor twenty-five years ago, did. We like Jim
already. He exudes confidence that our home will be built to our satisfaction,
just as Bill had done. Our present home was built to our satisfaction. We have
had no complaints that have not been satisfied by any of our warranties. Jim is
very reassuring. This meeting took two hours and we now have blueprints, periodic
time sequences and much technical information in reference to construction
which he feels will take six months to complete. We should move in in June. We
are returning Monday afternoon and Tuesday Kim and Carol are going to set up
meeting with three people for three different divisions of labor and commerce;
1, choosing electrical fixtures, lamps, ceiling fans, etc.; 2, the placement
and addition of electrical outlets, etc., and; 3, choosing mirrors, closet
fixtures, etc. Those meetings should begin within the next two or three weeks. We
drove by the property and found equipment is there ready to dig the basement on
Monday, weather permitting. We were surprised because I thought they would be
putting of the various survey flags, etc. These matters are already up and
ready. This adds a plus in our confidence in our construction supervisor. We
are quietly pumped and are ready to see the beginning of the physical
construction of our new house this next week.
